Not the usual Fairfield inn. A bit older and not as clean as the others I have stayed in. Pretty noisy too. Breakfast was fine and they were very friendly.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. The room and lobby was spotless. Always fruit infused water fresh and ready to partake. We are traveling on December 22, which will be one of the heaviest traveling days this year (2017). We came downstairs to load the car and they had breakfast ready early just in case people needed to get on the road. Nice!

Service and room were both excellent! Room was clean and very presentable. I'm giving 4 stars because their TV receivers have not been updated in some time (there was a recurring message on the screen), and this needs to be regular maintenance. Other than that small hiccup, a fantastic place!

This is our 3rd time staying here. Rooms are nice and clean we always get a king with pull out sofa for kid to sleep on pullout. Staff here are so nice and welcoming. Their helpful in the morning at the breakfast. My only complaint is when getting the sofa pulled out and the bag that suppose to have sheets an stuff had nothing in it so had to get it at front desk and it was late so it was just aggravating. Also 2nd time why do they have their trash pickup at 545am - 6am because you hear the trash truck beeping while it backs up and woke me up. Otherwise will stay here again.

Room 229 is a nice micro suite. I probably should have gotten a handicap room because of a recent surgery. The toilet base is between 14 and 16 inches tall. Not fun for a tall lady to get up. Also we went to breakfast about 7:30 and when we went back up we were locked out of her room. Had to go back to the desk and have new keys made. The desk clerk said no explanation. We will not be coming back.

Great location, right off of the interstate. Rooms were very clean. The beds we're comfortable. Breakfast spread was really good. Would recommend.

It's right off 460 going through Christiansburg (it's behind another hotel so it's kind of hard to see from the road.) It was extremely clean and nice. The room was huge. Everyone there was super friendly even to my teenage sisters. They have a very nice continental breakfast, and a lot of different snack options in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again!

We walked in at midnight looking for a room. Check in was fast and easy, asleep by 1am. Woke up to a great breakfast spread. Hotel is clean and hot food was hot. I would use again.

I travel a lot diamond member with Hilton and platinum with Marriott, and this fairfield in is one of my favorite mid-level spots. Clean, comfortable, and modern accommodations. Tabitha working at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, definitely an asset.

I stay their one night in march end. my bed was nice and comfy. The girl in breakfast was nice. She take my plate away and fill up me coffee. very pleased. Thank you.

Great location right off 81. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They served a hot breakfast which hit the spot. Coffee 24 hours a day. I will definitely stay here again!

The room was very nicely laid out, clean and comfortable. We were treated well by the staff and greeted warmly, whether coming back at 5pm or 1 in the morning. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again
