Exceptionally clean, spacious rooms, very comfortable memory foam topper beds and a very comfortable pull out couch. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area. Up to date & very accommodating guest services. Wonderful staff and smooth check-in/check out.

Such a pleasant place to stay, and a wonderful lobby to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends. The staff went above and beyond in making our visit perfect.

I was on the fourth floor. Room was smallish but efficient. Microwave and small fridge in the room. Room was nice and quiet. I got a sandwich downstairs at the bistro and it was quite good. All the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Not a bad location, slightly far from Virginia tech campus, but traffic shouldn't get too bad. Great atmosphere. I'd stay here again.

Good example of a Courtyard Marriott. Beds convey too much motion, but are comfortable. Rooms are nice. WiFi works well.

I stayed here on Sunday 7/23/2017 Katie was amazing great at getting me a room and checking me in. Later in the morning when i was talking to someone else i was informed there is no reward for employees if there name gets mentioned in a survey. I stay at Marriott have over 40ish stays this year and this is the only Marriott i have been to that has no incentive for them to work hard or go above and beyond. I think management should look at this and figure something out. Take care of the people that make you look good! I am staying at a Marriott tonight where if the employee get there name mention in a survey there is a reward and i will be recognizing the people here because they deserve it and deserve more then what they get! I hope this changes it they deserve it and deserve being recognized and rewarded for the great people you have at your property!

We are Marriott rewards people who stay exclusively at Marriott properties. We arrived late, traveling through Blacksburg. We were greeted by the most wonderful young lady, Adrienne, who welcomed us and helped us find a fantastic place to eat and relax. When we were leaving the lobby, her coworker, Walter, handed us an umbrella to use for the evening. FIRST CLASS!!!! These two dynamic hosts are the reasons we continue to spend our money with Marriott!!! They deserve tecognition!

Hotel was great and close by VT. They serve Starbucks in the hotel so it was easy to get coffee in the morning!

Very nice hotel typical Courtyard feel. It's in a convenient location, close to Virginia Tech campus. We'll be coming to this hotel more often as my daughter decided to pursue her academic career at VT.
