Staff is always friendly and they always do their best. Couldn't ask for more. I go back to this area regularly and make it a point to stay here. Best Hampton I've ever been to.

Clean rooms and friendly service. A bit close to the highway but still a decent place to stay for work trips. I like the outdoor fire place.

Definitely an older hampton.. Still much much better than most hotels in that area. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was average

Great place. Very friendly and helpful people. Breakfast was great and everything hot. Great choice if you are heading east and don't want to stay in Chicago.

Nice staff, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner was very loud, especially when turning on. It woke me throughout the night. The carpet also felt oddly wet and greasy. The location was good for the work I had to do, but I will consider other nearby hotels if I need to be in that area again.

The person behind the desk was very nice and the hotel was spotless. The rooms looked like any hotel room but they were very clean as well. I would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at the hotel for about a month; the staff was extremely accommodating in making the stay feel like home. One staffer lent (without hesitation) his personal phone charger cord to me when mine stopped working. I forgot a hat at the hotel when I left; the staff found the missing article and promptly mailed it back. Great customer service!

The Hampton Inn in Joliet was great. The employees were friendly, and prompt. Cookies and milk were always available and fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning. The location was right off I-80 so it was easy to find. There were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel which was really nice after a long day of sitting in meetings.

we really enjoy bringing the new year in at this hotel, staff is friendly and helpful to any needs, thanks again. room was clean and beds were great to. no problems with internet. the front desk even offered bottled water which was a nice surprise and we gladly said yes. sometimes it just the little things that stand out.

Hands down the BEST customer service I've ever received at a hotel! And not just from the front desk, but also the room service ladies, maintenance and hot breakfast workers as well. I have 2 kids (4 and 18 months) and everyone was extremely helpful and courteous whenever they could. Very clean rooms, lobby etc. Nice indoor heated pool that even had pool toys for my kids to play with! Never seen that in any hotel either! The hot breakfast was very delicious, didn't taste like cheap microwaved food. We enjoyed grilling outside while the kids ran around
