Spacious room with good showers. Nice location with lots of food vendors near by. I enjoyed visting the Tim Hortons near by!
The rooms are small. The bathroom is very small. I am in a room with two other people and I am on a pullout cot. It is not all fairfield's fault for my discomfort as our baseball team is cheap and is stuffing us in rooms. Breakfast was a solid continental breakfast with eggs and turkey/pork sausage. Old building.
Pretty sure that the cleaning lady stole one of my expensive ties that means a lot to me. The day of one my best friends funeral.
Front desk was great when greeted.
Room was clean and cozy, staff were all nice, location is amazing it's close to a lot of restaurants and stores. Reason I'm not giving it a perfect 5 is because breakfast area is really small with few tables and pool is not indoor.
Our organization has stayed at this location for several years now and every trip has been a high quality experience. Rooms are clean, breakfast is nice and the hotel staff is courteous. Would definitely recommend this hotel from anyone traveling to the Dayton for both its location and accommodation.
Room was clean and lobby was inviting. The breakfast was good too. Needed a new fridge in my room because mine was not working. Switched rooms and that one didn't work either. After 2 hours of having to deal with the front desk I got one and then found out that the tv didn't work. Nor did the microwave or the coffee maker. I had to rearrange the room to relocate the appliances to outlets that actually worked. Really disappointed with this property as I am a former Marriott employee and know that this is not the way these people are trained or taught how to deal with a guest with a problem.
I'd recommend the residence inn across the street in hopes that the front desk staff actually makes an effort at doing their job and doesn't treat a guest as though they're an idiot. Honestly the worst experience I've ever had in any hotel EVER.
