I was there attending a Christmas gathering for my wife's work. The workers were kind and the food we were served was good. The employees at the bar were inexperienced with moving some drinks, but they were eager to learn. Overall, a good experience.

Standard Courtyard. Rooms and amenities were adequate. The water pressure was good. TV included the ability to connect to online media accounts like Hulu or Netflix along with standard cable plus HBO. The window A/C unit was sufficient and regulated the temperature well. Wifi access was good.

I was here for an event in a conference room. The staff were all great and the facility was clean and we'll kept. The only real negative was the noise since the lobby is right outside the room and we could hear people laughing and talking in the bar area.

We had some problems here.we were in the middle of a major cross country move. Moving here from Vegas as our first Air Force Base. We were staying here for ten days while looking for housing. Thank goodness, my family is only an hour away in Cincinnati. We planned on using this room as we needed it because of housing, on-base work, the baby. But we also went back to Cincinnati quite frequently because of having more space for the baby.

Well, that REALLY threw house-keeping off. I guess they thought we were gone for good because they did things like clear out our fridge of baby food and take away the pack and play. This led to major problems. Imagine, if you will, having a busy and early morning of work and house hunting. You’re one year old’s nap time rolls around and he’s very fussy, making life during a move even more stressful. All you want in the whole world is to get him a bite to eat and/or down for a nap. So you return to your trusty hotel! Only to find that his food and his bed are gone. So now you have to call the front desk to request a pack and play, which of course takes twenty minutes. That’s twenty minutes of your baby getting increasingly worked up. So when the bed finally comes, he’s so nuts that it takes him a solid 45 minutes to calm down before falling asleep.

I will say that when we reported all of this to management (eyes full of tears because #StressedFirstTimeMom) they were more than sorry and helpful. They even offered us an extra night of the room on them! Which was much appreciated!!

But obviously there are problems when it comes to communication with the house cleaning staff. I hope they figure out a better way to take care of special needs.

I went there for a bowling tournament and I have absolutely no complaints. The Wi-Fi was great, staff was very nice, and the rooms are kept very clean.

Great bed, and staff was friendly and helpful when needed. No coffee or breakfast offered in am which was something that was promoted when I called and made the reservation. From airlines to hitels, customers are getting nickeled and dimed around every corner. Be forwarned

Great hotel for the area. Recently remodeled and easy to get to. Great and friendly staff. Only downside is no microwave in the room.

Nice rooms but workout facilities need some work. The elliptical was broken and one of the treadmills made a god awful sound. Was only there two nights but no resolution while there.

The hotel is in a great location. Shops, mall and restaurants are in walking distance. Room was very nice but a howling draft was coming from the window all night long with no way to stop it. Didn't bother me but kept my gf awake all night. The hotel does not include free breakfast. This was fine but the breakfast service we paid for was very slow but, the line was long with high school kids on a trip so they were very busy. I stayed in room 417. I would stay again but would have to complain about the howling wind.

We stayed here for a funeral for 3 nights. The hotel cleanliness in our bathroom wasn't up to participate. There are rust stains in the toilet bowl. When showering there wasn't much hot water even when turned on high being the first person showering for the day. We went to the cafe and they took forever and then burnt the sandwich, had no time to get a new one because we had to make it to the funeral. Then trying to sleep at night we hear a loud buzzing/humming sound all night. It sounded like the room next door had a loud bathroom fan they left running all night but I still don't know what it was. It was really windy during our stay and the window had a draft and because of it we had to listen to loud whistling as well due to the poor draft from the window. Other than that the rooms are clean and the staff is nice. We stayed in room 417 and everything was fine besides my other complaints.

Decent hotel. Was refurbished a couple years ago. My first room had been smoked in. Apparently some idiot didn't know how to close the balcony door. The front desk clerk (Josh) was quick to get me a new room. He also offered to comp my room. He was helpful and friendly. I'd stay here again.
