Great stay except elevator was slow often staff using it holding to load and unload. Woman at front desk very friendly. Unfortunately their loyalty website rarely works and often stays they are having technical issues and try back.

Great staff clean rooms and if you need anything they will get it asap for you!! Also good free breakfast!! Eat as much as ya want!! Pretty decent fitness room as well!!

Nice holiday inn with large rooms, at least mine was. The pool area was clean, however the gym could use a replinshment of weights, it seemed like a few were missing.

***update***

I am staying here today and was impressed when I went to the weight room and saw a new rack it 5-50 lb dumbells, the bike and treadmill look new as well! I tossed another star up for this improvement. Also I have stayed here multiple times now and the staff is always friendly.

Check in was OK the man behind the desk really didn't seem in a hurry to check us in. pool was small and the water was cold, however the other staff was very polite and helpful. Bill was outstanding in stopping the noise below our window. Extra coffee was given with a smile. We will stay again when in the area.

I just checked out 5 minutes ago and I have to say, I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was very nice and my room was very clean. I don't like breakfast food personally but if I did their breakfast look really good. You guys bed are very very very very very comfortable. Those pillows are love to me. Lol if I am in town and I need a room, I will definitely be visiting again. Thanks.

Good for price point. Stayed in a king suite, would definitely recommend the upgrade to a suite.

The staff here are friendly. Property is clean and seems to be well kept. The furnishings are a little dated but in good condition overall. Bed was nice and comfortable. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.

Back again at this hotel.
Regretfully not much has changed.
WIFI is spotty at best with numerous disconnects and authentication issues.
Food is still your typical reheat and serve hotel food.
Tile floor in Elevator is all cracked and covered up with a floor mat.
Coffee stain on the floor outside the 3rd floor elevator was there all week .
Have to say the hotel has gotten a little worse quality wise since my last stay.
Staff is very pleasant howeverjust hotel is lacking those finishing touches.

I have stayed in many hotels and condos in my time. Everyone has something wrong with it. The only thing I have found here that could be improved in my 5 day 5night stay is the bed mattress could be rotated or something. I have a bad back and I am over weight so it's hard to find a comfy bed for me but I found if I slept backwards. My head where my feet was suppose to be then it was much better. Service is great. I needed super glue and the front desk offered it. I needed a can opener and the maid helped me out. They also changed and cleaned my room at the times I requested it done and it was so very clean. Everyone went above and beyond what they had to do to make my stay nicer. There is a laundry room so I could wash our clothes. It was a business trip for my husband so I was mostly bound to the hotel with no ride and nothing to do. The pool and work out room is great there. When I arrived I was sick with a fever so it wasn't until 4 days later I could use the pool but I did and it was great. Warm room and pretty warm water. And this is a cold season still so it was very nice. I would stay here again definatly. I can't say much about the breakfast. I don't like breakfast food and I'm fasting bread. If not for that I'm sure it was a good breakfast. I noticed the usualJelly/cinnamon rolls and bagels, pancakes, biscuits and gravy. TRY THEM OUT. ITS WONDERFUL.
