Nice clean rooms and located in good location. The staff is very nice and have fruit and popcorn out for guests. Great continental breakfast. I will be back next time in Dayton for business.

We have stayed here for 4 yrs on Thanksgiving. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect! Chocolate chip cookies delivered to the room, letting us take over the dining area for a pizza party and helping you with anything you need with a smile on their face! They even invited us to their own Thanksgiving Dinner! Kudos especially to Paul at the front desk!

I prepaid, so check-in and check-out were super easy. The TV was simple to attach my Roku stick to for movies. The wifi was fast with no sign of congestion.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, comfy and nicely decorated, I personally would like a little softer bed for myself because of my back. The breakfast buffet is very nicely done, lots of items to pick from and trays are kept full. Great selection of beverages for breakfast also, everything from juices, coffee, tea and milk. Close to restaurants, stores and highways. Would recommend this hotel to friends.

This hotel is within minutes of the Greene mall with lots of shops, food eateries, and more. Staff if extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, spacious and kept up nicely. I've had nothing but a great experience with them thus far.

We had a wonderful stay in a jacuzzi suite. Everything was very clean. The jacuzzi was large and enjoyable. It wasn't a cheap room but it was worth every penny. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again when we're back in the area visiting family!

Awesome, very nice breakfast amazing pool and spa (hot tub) also the workout room is nice to. The room was phenomenal we were in a "sweet" room with 2 king size beds a pull out couch a few chairs and a LG tv, closets, bathroom and more!! I would most definitely come back. Thanks for the night Holiday inn express!!!

They would not allow an option for ZERO stars! We unexpected had to cancel our rooms due to an accident. We called ASAP which was approx two hours after their deadline, explained the situation to someone who English is not their first language, and was given no option except to speak to the manager who was not in of course, so left a voice mail. I never received a call after 4 days. The email address listed in this website is not correct so therefore everything was rejected.
So after a three hour drive to Dayton, our stay was cut short. So we are left with no consideration for our situation and paying for a room that was never used.
I suggest you check management of hotels in the area to see if they too are owned by this group.

Stayed here for a business trip. Room smelled very chemically. Went to shower and noticed hairs all over the bathtub and sink. Asked for them to clean it where I was informed they only had one employee working and had a full hotel so they could not move my room. The employee offered to come up and clean the bathroom, but I told her not to since she was well dressed and it wasn't really her fault. Pretty gross experience. Also went down to breakfast and there was yogurt on the bagels in the bread box. Not well managed at all.

We stay at HIE often for convenience and value and have found them to be mostly OK. Not this one. Dirty and worn. The place wreaks of chemical cleaners (always a red flag) the instant you walk in, as does the room. Garbage cans in hall stink of old garbage as if never cleaned. Shower drain 100% clogged. No fan in bathroom caused an amazing amount of steam in the room - contributing to musty smell. Mute button on remote not working. Treadmill in gym was dead. Breakfast average at best. Coffee always great. At least the parking spot worked!

Long flight with layover from Biloxi crashed here. Amazing Hotel. The Queen Jacuzzi room was even better than I had originally imagined. Wish I had more days to enjoy the room. Beautifully designed and set up and the staff was friendly and welcoming. To top it off the location was prefect plenty of shopping and food places near by. Worth the 20min drive from the Airport. Can't wait to come back and book this same room. 🤗

The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. In fact my wife and I refer to it as our home away from home! We stay here 12 to 15 times a year and always try to make our reservations as early as possible because the facility is always very clean and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I stay at this hotel on a regular basis for business related purposes. Daniel Potts and his team do an excellent job of taking care of me everytime I am there. I always look forward to staying at this hotel. Great amenities, ideal location, friendly staff, and overall well rounded experience everytime.
