Nice sized room. Easy 15 minute drive into downtown Charlotte. The breakfast and coffee provided was great way to start the day. I'd stay here again.

We are Marriott Rewards members and will always stay in their properties whenever possible. This location is clean and the staff is very accommodating. Great place to stay!

Don't stay here the doors are locked very early like around 7 and 8 p.m. also that being said the breakfast is not all that anyway there's never stuff really restocked you always at the last of everything. Rounds are made way too early morning about 9:15 9:20 or so waking you about your sleep before he went on check out near 11 way too early and then they laugh and think it's funny. No sleep in this hotel

Nice hotel for the price. Felt very comfortable, yet the complimentary wifi is always too slow; I wish this was fixed, especially for members with rewards.

Friendly staff, nice area to sit in the lobby for small conferences.

It's an average hotel, it has what I need for my weekly visits. Nice and quite, has friendly staff members. The breakfast needs some important. Thank you.

Needs some improvement, I have been staying here a number of times over the past 10+ years, service has always been top notch.
past two times I have stayed I have had to use my cell phone as a hot spot due to the internet blinking out every 5 or so minutes then reconnecting, I even purchased premium..which sadly doesn't seem to do anything but add more to your bill as you cant connect with it, you are forced to use the basic service which is as I said..unreliable. I even asked when I checked in if they had the problem fixed, I was told it works fine.
Not a happy camper the past two visits.
Third times a charm ;-)

The outside area was lacking, but the inside looked great! I'd definitely work on the outside seating to get it more appealing and available. There aren't many seats outside and they're in very unwanted positions.

Excellent hotel, well managed. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Everything at this facility worked as expected, and there is an obvious sense that upkeep is a priority for the staff and management. The complementary breakfast was above average for this level of facility.

Our families favorite hotel in the region. Although this is a small location the service levels are the best. The rooms are clean and their breakfast option is available nice and hot each morning! I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice, clean room for their family. The property is well maintained and always quiet.

Staff was friendly, but wasnt at desk when I arrived. Maintenance was quick to respond to problems. Breakfast lady was great, but food could be better quality, not her fault food is microwaved. Bed was pretty comfortable and room was clean, but could tell it hadnt been deep cleaned in awhile. Overall, decent experience. Ive had worse.
