Space was clean, well furnished and met/exceeded expectations. Comfortable and secure; all told, it made for a delightful visit!

Was a very nice hotel, only 2 things that we were not happy about, the elevator was broke and we had to take the stairs with small children each time we xame and went and the parking was not good. To far to walk from the lobby. Breakfast was great!

Great location, friendly staff and the room was clean and very large. There are a lot of choices around this location and Homewood Suites is a choice everyone should consider

Nice location, a bunch of shops in walking distance. Great breakfast in the morning, beds are on the small size (ex. Smallest queen size I've seen.) They have room service when your out unless you have the shhh sign up.

The rooms and nice and spacious. There are decent breakfast and evening events but parking is more limited than I expected and some rooms are relatively far from the lobby area which is mildly unpleasant when you are sleepy and wanted to get breakfast

The room was nice the staff was exceptionally courteous. The free breakfast had nice offerings. I stayed 3 nights and each morning had different breakfast items along with the staples: omelette, hash, sausages (patties, links, smoked), breakfast burrito supplies, oatmeal with toppings, seriously too many items to name. Dinner bites Mon-Thu is pretty cool as well. Awesome location near Carowinds and not far from anywhere else you'd want to go.

The only reason I can't give it a 5 star is because the fold out couch wasn't very comfortable. The fold out couch at the Homewood Suites on Tyvola Rd was better. It was less than 10 minutes from Carowinds and it was clean and contemporary. Great restaurants in walking distance!

Friendly, courteous, helpful staff made me feel so much at home. The food was delicious and the place neatly kept. I will surely stay here again and again anytime I am in town.

My overall stay was good only because my room was nice. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff was extremely rude. They were constantly taking personal phone calls. Check in with Kenya was okay. However, I could hear her personal phone call on her CELL PHONE down the hall! Check out with "Shanae" was terrible. She asked me how my stay could've been better and when I told her she just looked at me like I was speaking another language then proceeded to call me baby, sweetie and hun as I was leaving. Don't appreciate the sarcasm. I'll be sure to NOT stay here again. Management needs to hire better staff that best respresents the Hilton brand because that was not it!

Prettiest Hampton Inn ever seen. Great location, clean, comfortable bed. Gentleman breakfast host went out of his way to ensure everything was tasty and well stocked. Staff very accommodating. Will stay there again when in Charlotte.
