The first night we had a room on the side next to I-485 and the traffic noise was terrible and couldn't sleep. They provide ear plugs in the room, but I cannot use them. For the second night they gave us a white noise machine that helped some and the next day we moved in another room on the other side of the hotel. Otherwise, the staff is very courteous, the rooms very clean, so no other complaints.

Large homey rooms, I wish I could have a pillow like these at home. Dish washer, stovetop, full size fridge, 2 roomsthe best feature is the extremely friendly and helpful staff. They always have great local suggestions every time I stay.

The hotel is located next to I485. Traffic noise is extremely loud. They even provide ear plugs in the room. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

wifi is really bad, keeps cutting in and out. otherwise its wonderful, comfortable facilities, the rooms having a kitchen almost feel like a small apartment. very nice location.

Friendly and helpful staff, large reasonably priced well-appointed king suites with full kitchen, pet friendly in ALL rooms and a great complimentary breakfast buffet. Short walk to shopping and restaurants. Housekeeping made up our rooms quickly but thoroughly at our convenience, and the staff made us and our pets feel at home during our evacuation due to hurricane Irma. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Apparently being a Platinum member has no benefits as only room available for an extended stay was one located right outside the elevator and facing the front street with significant traffic noise. Not an ideal location for being in town for business for 4 weeks working 12 hours a day.

I was informed I would be able to move rooms in a couple of days when one becomes available as the hotel was all booked up when I checked in. Again, what is the use of Platinum status if the hotel is unable to accommodate your room request that is in your profile.

Great hotel. Conveniently located near the freeway. Pet friendly. Hot breakfast included with stay. Friendly staff.
