First time that I stayed at this Hyatt
Impressed with the staff, friendly and helpful. I also liked that this hotel had a hearty breakfast, and offered menu items cooked to order in the evening. They offer a shuttle service to the airport and within 5 miles of the hotel every half hour from early morning into the evening.

When I checked in after midnight, the staff was so cool - offered me bottle of water, made sure that foam pillows were in the room. Just so nice to have that level of service after a long travel day.

It's an okay Hotel. Nothing special, nothing great. Average food, less than average "bar". Exceptional service from the front desk and staff"

I gave 4 stars because the employees I spoke with were friendly and professional. I justp noticed a few things I thought a Hyatt should not have had. One of the elevators seemed to need some repair because of the noise it was making. But still worked fine. The other item was, the 4th floor I stayed on had a mold smell when you got off the elevator and down towards the left. Rooms were good, beds good, pillows good. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place, clean, very friendly staff. Staff IG guy Hector was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile. Hangers were a commoditie that was limited to eight per room. We were there two weeks and bought hangers, the housekeeping could have been improved on. Didn't always take out all the trash, didn't clean the room or make the bed one day, no towels or coffee left. Had to go to the front desk and ask for them. We were told it was because we left a do not disturb on the door, the housekeeping staff was mistaken. The floors were never vacuumed the entire time we were there.. It has to be said though that the staff was very friendly and fixed what they could. Five stars for them, three stars for housekeeping.

Prepaid for the room on Cheap Tickets but when checked in was given a room having a shower only. It was not a handicap accessible room - just a very small king bed room on the end with only a shower. Front desk said that was what came with a "high-floor king bed, sofa bed room". NOT SO. Read the listings for these rooms. Also I have stayed in the same room type at the same rate here in the past and I know what the room should be. This was a scam and I will not be scammed by this hotel twice! BUYER BEWARE.

Great room for a great price! We booked through Priceline, and got a room with two doubles and a sofa bed, which worked great for our entire family. Pool wasn't heated, but the rooms and food we ordered more than made up for it! Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

    Hyatt Inn at ABQ airport.

Checks me in at 1045. Good to go.

1130 they call me. Ask me to come down because there system is messed up.

Sari the Manager. Tells me they checked in the wrong Spencer.

Argues with me. I tell him I'm going back and going to bed. He locks my card so I can't get in the room and calls the cops on me.

Cop shows up and tells him to let me in my room.

By that time I don't want to be treated any worse than I already have been.

Walk around in the dark for 20 minutes trying to find a hotel.

    Outstanding Hyatt Inn.

Hyatt Inn kicks US Army Veterans out of their legally booked rooms in the middle of the night and calls the cops when that Veteran tries to go get his personal belongings.

Never in my life have I ever been treated so poorly.

I had better stays at inns on the highway for $30. The roaches were more friendly Thant the Hyatt Manager.

Warm friendly welcome! Great comfortable room for 3. Noisy guests on a Friday night, and lots of kids for breakfast Saturday morning. Staff & look of hotel were top notch!

Wonderful stay. Our flight got cancelled. This hotel booked us in short notice. Beautiful rooms. Front desk night guy kept following my fiance and I around the common dining area and outside. It was late at night and she and I were waiting for our food. He was interesting, but kind.

So close to 5 stars. Room was awesome and exactly what we needed. Clean and spacious. Shower has low pressure. Staff was phenomenal! Breakfast was so chaotic. The layout of the breakfast area and finding seating is lacking and the only reason they lost a star. Had a great evening and was very impressed then the breakfast layout just frustrated me- perhaps it was a busier morning than normal but man. Definitely would stay here again but would hit up breakfast earlier. :)
