It was right off the interstate and easy to reach. Staff was courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was nice.

Paid extra for a king but got 2 queens. When I asked to change rooms I just got a simple " we don't have any more" so I decided it would work. Now in the room the AC is very loud, the room has a very funky smell and the window is FILTHY. I can't even look out at the sunset. Doubt I'll ever stay here again.

Really liked the hotel. The rooms were great and the bar had a good food menu and drink selection. 4 stars only because they don't offer a free breakfast and coffee was not a priority for them in the morning. I need coffee!

This premium hotel has very aged beds, the air baffles leak. One month here wrecked my back and neck. The staff however is very accommodating.

We are not the kind of family to complain, but seeing the disappointment on my boys face this entire weekend is not okay. This hotel doesn't deserve even 1 star. The rooms are somewhat decent. Beds are super hard and the sleep numbers do not work. The bathroom is hardly clean. The slide at the pool has been closed the entire time of our stay! The sign posted says no lifeguard on duty. However, they won't open the slide without a lifeguard. That was the selling point for this hotel. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for the same price. This place is a joke. And the price isn't as listed at the $88.

HORRIBLE hotel,I would like a refund of my points for this reservation. The rooms AC did not work and as we arrived at 10:15 at night after driving all Day didn't want to wait for a maintenance guy to fix it. It was 80 degrees plus and none of us including our service dogs Got much sleep as it was too hot. I'm sure they knew This rooms AC wasn't working before they put Someone else in it. Also the shower/tub has a leak And got water all over the floor needing all of our towels To mop it up. The rooms inside look like a days inn Not a Hilton at all! Whoever the manager is here needs To start doing their job. To add to this when I called to tell them we were going To arrive late the guy said I'm sorry I can't find Your reservation and we are sold out. I said they couldn't be since We booked it and was available. He put me on hold For about 5 minutes and then said " oh yes we have it." This property is NOT your typical Hilton we are used too And we will never stay here again. When asking the front desk to adjust our points back all they said was "I'm sorry " not happy at all and Please let me know when you are refunding my points for this Horrible stay! Also I heard a man telling the front desk about issues with The pool and with the chairs. Let’s see if they address That as well.

Came here with my family went down to the pool and the life guard was so rude. First she put up a sign that the pool was at capacity when there was one family in there, then she had the audacity to tell us there was a limit to people who could swim per room. So then we had to go purchase another room for the night. After I went back to the patio to drink a soda at that point she told me I had to throw it away because glass wasn't aloud in the pool area. Clearly I wasn't in the pool area. This doesn't even deserve 1 star at all. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!

Decent place if a bit pricy for what you get. Most other places were booked up so any ol port in a storm right? Normal circumstances, not my first choice, nor second or third. Honestly, I've stayed at Best Westerns that blew this place away at half the price.

Very nice but, I reserved my room at $117 per night and was charged $140the 1st night all because I wanted a room with a bathtub and the one they had given me only had a shower.

Great hotel (very clean) and friendly staff. Front desk worker Sara, went above and beyond to assist us during check in. We were very tired from driving cross country and it was an absolute pleasure having a smiling face willing to help accommodate us. Thank you Sara!!!

Very clean and well kept. The service is 5 star, very friendly and helpful and (most importantly to me) kind and respectful to my 3 kids. The indoor pool is clean and has a serious lack of musty smell that most indoor pools seem to have. The only complaint about the pool is the towels are tiny, bring your own from the room.
The breakfast buffet is a great deal but make sure the stuff is fresh. Our first stay presented stale and flavorless options. The stop on our way back through was much better. They offered to let us order from the kitchen gratis when I mentioned the issue the first time but we were on our way out the door. The coffee is fresh and abundant.
The rooms are very spacious with all of the amenities I needed for my 2 younger kids and the free wi-fi was an important commodity for my teen. The beds are adjustable in firmness and very comfortable! The only tip I'd offer is to request a room on the north side (odd numbers), the south side overlooks the freeway with all the traffic noise that goes with it. The only draw back from the location.
