Went for the all you can eat ribs. Unfortunately the steamer had an issue so had to settle for a combo platter. After speaking with a manager, she gave us a few to try. They are worth trying and wish there was a few of these in Florida.

We enjoyed coming here for a long time, not anymore!!! It has really gone down hill for the service, food and didn't find anyone there that really acted like they cared. To bad, we won't go back

Been coming here on occasion for years. Won't be going back. I would rather meet the in laws at Mcdonalds. At least the food and service will match the price. Very sad to see how bad the place is compared to a year or two ago. Hope I don't get food poisoning. We'll see in a couple hours.

My husband ordered the all you can eat ribs and I ordered pot roast. The pot roast was very tough and dry, I couldn't eat it. The waitress, Victoria, did not check on us enough and my husband had to flag her down to request seconds on his ribs. I mentioned to her about my roast being uneatable and that she needed to let the manager and cook know. She did apologize but took no farther action. I feel she should have brought the manager over to our table or offered to take something off our tab. We feel this was the worst experience we have ever had at a Fatz Cafe.

Came in with my team. We had stopped through from a busy day of work to grab food and not only did the manager give us all military discounts but we ordered to go and it was very quickly made and delicious! Definetly worth stopping in at!

We were there on Sunday at lunch time. we sat at table in the bar. the table, floor and menus were sticky. i had a Caesar salad with chicken and there was enough dressing for 5 salads. i could not eat it. my kids had sandwich and fries. sandwich okay, but fries were bad. Service was pretty slow.

We often setup at a Fatz when we need comfort food, and this one filled the Bill (that's me). The waitress was fun Angus full of life, the food was quite good, and we really enjoyed our visit.

Waited 2 hours for 3 burgers and some tenders. Worst service you will ever find. If there is a manager, he/she must be hiding in the back or at home. If you want to eat here, make it an all day affair, come in at open and leave at close. Always enjoy pink chicken and unsalted fries. One thing I can say is that the ketchup was fresh

Food was incomplete all the way around, was out of everything but didn't know until food was delivered to our table. Sever was nice but she was by herself and the place was very under staffed. Probably one of the worst experiences at a restaurant ever

Took awhile before there was a waitress that acknowledged us. We had to get the bartender to go get our waitress. She seem to be fast talking house but her service was efficient. The floor was very dirty how shoes were sticking and clicking to the floor as we walked on it it was definitely in need of cleaning.

I was seated immediately, but waited 20+ minutes to get drinks. The waitress walked passed me several times before I stopped her to order drinks. There were 5 young people standing at the Hostess station checking cell phones, dancing, eating cupcakes, being loud and looking at each others stomachs. There were several other tables that were served rolls before me and they actually was seated after me. Once, our food arrived and we started to eat the waitress next to us started sweeping the floor. The dust was rising into the air and I didn't want to eat my food covered in dust. I asked for the manager; explained the situation to her and then left. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
