Scheduled service for 2013 F350 diesel to replace two fuel filters. My bill was 243.19. I thought that extremely excessively overpriced. Call two separate Ford dealerships within 50 miles of Laurens SC. One dealership quoted me a price of 219.00. Ford dealership in Greenville SC quoted me a price of 160.00. I find the difference to be shocking. I will never again visit Firming Ford in Laurens again.

Stop in for the eclipse; buy a car! Both Susan and I thank the team for putting it all together. We leased a 2017 Edge Titanium from a great sales guy, William Hill. We spent time with the very personable owner Jim Firmin, and this might not be our only puchase! Live in NC like we do, it is worth the easy peazie drive to Laurens SC! Special thanks to Matthew and to our new BFF Sally! #FirminFordRocks! We literally went to the sun and moon for this deal!

Firmin Ford is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME !!! Jim Firmin is so AWESOME , he is PERSONABLE and very ENGAGED . My mother in law purchased an Escape , the deal went as smooth as butter - they even delivered the car 🤗 He made both her and I feel like we were his ONLY CUSTOMERS -he treated us queens . I'm will be purchasing a Lincoln MKX very soon and wouldn't dare think of going anywhere else ! Jim Firmin is the best there is - 10 STARS IN MY BOOK !

Firmin Ford is the most pleasant dealership I have ever been to, the customer service is outstanding, the owner and staff bend over backwards to make sure your experience meets all your needs. I will never use another dealership again. Thank you Firmin Ford.

Firmin Ford is exceptional, not once, not twice, but even after 3 purchases, exceptional. I drive about an hour to go to Firmin Ford but the level of service and the genuine care from the people across the entire dealership is worth every mile. I highly recommend the product (I've had an Escape, C-Max, and Fusion) but you can find Ford's anywhere; what you can't find everywhere is the very special people that work there, they truly care about getting me the best deal, the best service, and they really want to help me get the car I want. Outstanding dealership! Don't miss out on this great car buying experience!
Worked with Firmin Ford again last week to service my new Fusion, nothing but exceptional. What seems like a huge challenge to me they simplify and solve. We just purchased our second vehicle from Firmin Ford. I've never met anyone as genuine and down to earth as Sally Byers. We don't feel like "customers", we feel like family. She has gone above and beyond with both of our buying experiences and we are so pleased. Everyone is so easy to work with and they work hard to make sure they get you exactly what you want. Not once have we ever felt pressured in any way with either of our purchases. The folks in the service department are just as awesome. We feel fortunate to have found Firmin and would recommend them to anyone.
