Great place! They took care of my new rescue kitty at a fraction of the cost. If you are new, you may want to expect a wait as it is first come first served basis/triage. They do great work.

We took our little rescue in to get neutered. Although you must arrive very early and the atmosphere of the lobby is chaotic, the staff is caring and professional; they patiently answered all of our questions. Our little one did not enjoy his visit nor did he like the cone of shame, but he healed quickly and was back to his playful self in a couple days.

3 stars because they provide an important service to the community and I understand that they are on a very limited budget. However, I am very unimpressed with the facility and its cleanliness but again, I understand the budgetary constraints. Also, be prepared to wait for several hours; nothing happens quickly again, budget -- I get it.
I cannot justify being treated rudely by employees, though, which happened the last time I was there. This was the big one for me, and I may not go back because of it.

Low cost animal care. I had my kitty neutered here when I first brought him home. I took him back and got him chipped this week. I waited for an hour or more but for $22 I can't complain. It was quick and seemed to be painless. He didn't react at all. I'll take all of my kitty's here. Definitely worth the 15 min drive for me.

Wonderful experience. Expect to wait, but they are more than accommodating. The atmosphere is so wonderful that visiting pets as well as those looking for a home get along quite well. It's nowhere near as chaotic as most shelters or veterinarian offices. I believe this is a combination of the two.

The service is great, but the wait is long and the parking lot is small. It's a awesome service and I will go back.

Anyone complaining on here is insane. These people saved my cats life when I never would have been able to without them. I took her in because she wasn't eating and there was a long wait, I was nervous it was life threateningly serious and I didn't know if she could wait. Before I even finished my paperwork they took her to a vet just to check that she was ok enough to wait. I'm not sure if ppl mention this, but if the line is too long they will TEXT you a 15 minute warning so you can leave and just come back. I think this makes any waiting sort of a non-issue. They then took amazing care of my mean cat after she drew blood twice! She is now all better and healthy then ever before. It was less than a hundred dollars and would have been five hundred everywhere else. Thank you so much for giving my cat back and being there for poor people who love their pets! You're all the freaking best, and to all complaining THEY ARE A NOT FOR PROFIT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU'RE COMPLAINING ABOUT SERVICE! That shouldn't need to be said.

I appreciate what they do, but if you have a cat you and your cat will suffer tremendously waiting to be seen. After almost 2 hours of waiting, I gave up and left because my nerves were shot. Approximately 10 huge dogs were also in the waiting room & if they weren't pooping or seeing on the floor, they were simultaneously barking. The stench of dog poop was overwhelming. I saw 4 piles when I first arrived. There was only 1 vet helping, which is why it was taking so long.

There needs to be another alternative for people who have cats. All I can recommend is get there AN HOUR BEFORE THEY OPEN and wait in line. Don't show up at noon during the week like I did.

It will be a long time until I get the stench of dog poop off my clothes and out of my memory from that place.

This place makes me cringe. I don't even know where to begin. Took my cat to get spayed on a Thurs, she didn't feel well after which is to be expected after a major surgery, but was also sneezing non stop. 3 days later she's throwing up blood every where. When I took her back for an emergency visit(still had to wait 45 min) no one could figure out what was wrong. The "doctor" went to inject her with a couple things and I had to ask what they were and what they were for and she didn't really even know the answer? My once friendly outgoing cat has done nothing but hide under my bed or in the bathroom since I brought her home and vomit uncontrollably. I would NEVER recommend this place. It's SO unsanitary. I saw multiple sick pets go in an out of a room and it was NEVER cleaned in between patients?? With the waiting room looking the way it did I can only imagine what it looked like in the back where they do surgery. My cat is a totally different cat and I'm FURIOUS. I should have just spent the $250 at my ACTUAL vet. I understand there are millions of strays, and an overpopulation problem and that's why they're trying to help with low cost procedures, but they are making tons of other pets sick with their unsanitary facility while doing that. I would have never got my cat spayed if I would've known she'd end up like this. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIND A MORE REPUTABLE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PETS, ITS SO WORTH IT. This place needs to be shut down and rebuilt badly.

My cat was blocked took him in and they put a catheter in him and he was fine, he was in good health other then being blocked.. Brought him home and 2 days later got very sick from a URI he caught there.. Took him back and I was treated terrible.. After the Vet looked at him she put him on some meds.. He is still so sick.. I will never take my cat or any other animal there.. While I was in the waiting room I got several flea bites all over my right arm.. That place is filthy!! They do not disinfect well at all.. I will always know that is why my cat is so sick! Just beware before taking your pet there!!! 😠😣😡😠

Place is filled with piss no one cleans up. Everyone is stupid and unhelpful leading to long wait times. The lobby is unclean and unprofessional. I will be calling the Indiana department of health and OSHA to have air quality tests done to shut this clinic down. It's a crime they charge you to sit in piss and wait for simple animal services at a sub par price. Taking a bath in piss is what coming to this clinic is like so prepare to have a headache.

Wonderful place, and although they are going through an expansion they are still taking care of animals. Staff is very friendly, and the costs are fantastic.

Great, would recommend. My cat burned her paw on the stove and I took her in to be checked out. They were friendly and took good care of her. The wait time was a little long but that's totally okay with me, I would have waited all day if I had to. I can't afford to see a traditional vet and their services are super affordable.
