  We have used Travel Leaders Indy (Geneva and Alex) for a number of years and for a number of travels, including cruises and a two-week trip to Africa (fabulous!). They are everything you are looking for in a travel agency, and they have the resources of a large travel company to assist with special requests. Highly recommended if you are in central Indiana.

  Alex and Geneva do a terrific job with vacation travel planning. They have extensive knowledge of many vacation sites and are very conscientious about the many details involved in vacation planning.

  Travel Leaders is the travel agency I go to with all my travel needs. They go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly. They always come up with great options to consider and they are sensitive to my budget.

  This is the 2nd time we have used Travel Leaders and Courtenay has been so kind and patient with us in choosing our Caribbean destination. We had such a great time at the Bucuti in Aruba that even though she tried to entice us to other destinations this time, we decided to go back and were not disappointed at all.
  Alex was so helpful at the last minute in fixing a mix up in the passenger information and again when my husband thought he lost his passport in Miami just before boarding the plane to Aruba. His patience and calm voice helped me not panic and I did find it in the pocket of a bag that he swears he did not put it in. All went well for us from there! Thank you again and hope we will use you again in the near future!

  Met the owners at a Bridal Expo. Discussed a custom backpacking through Europe adventure and the desire to take the over night trains. At the Expo this was possible. Set an appointment for 2/21/2015. When we came to the appointment we were greeted by the owner, despite our appointment being with Courtney. No biggie, she had a sick kiddo and couldn't make it in.
  
  We went over how we wanted to take the over night trains and how we wanted a day in each city. We were told "I wouldn't want that." Well good, YOU are not going with US!
  
  We were told that we would receive follow up - it is not a month later and we have yet to receive a call or email or anything.
  
  Good news, we have booked our flights and spent time on the web learning the Euro-rail, so we will book this all on our own.
