So to start off this hotel doesn’t appear to be in a, well good part of town. Sirens go by all day and night plus people hang out around the hotel that don’t seem to really belong there. Then the of you are traveling for work or just generally enjoy gaming or internet this is not the place for you! Their internet was barely 5 MB’s down, couldn’t watch anything in it or game without an overwhelmingly irritating lag. However if that doesn’t top it all off the air conditioning in my room did not blow cold air at all, then brining it up to the front desk they said “oh we know but there isn’t anything we can do for it,” I can’t express the hatred I had for this place while I stayed. I need to be here in Vegas for 3 months and I had to leave the hotel after a week because it was so unbareable. Do yourself a favor and just find a condo around if you are long term stay or stay in a nicer hotel and pay the little extra.

I stayed here for a week while I had family in the hospital. It is conveniently located across the street from the Sunrise Hospital. It was such a relief NOT to stay on The Strip while having to deal with the stress of a sick family member. There are restaurants and grocery stores near by. They allow pets and offer a quick breakfast of coffee, muffins & granola bars each morning. It was reasonably priced and the entire staff was really accommodating.

Nice location.surrounded with bank, shopping center , food place and hospital.very quite place.
All the staff members were nice and my room was clean. I was surprised when I read bad reviews about this location. Overall I had nice experience.They have huge parking space and close to Vegas Strip and Fremont Street.response / report this review -

If I could give it less stars I would where do I start? My boyfriend was woken up by bed bugs biting him. Now I believe we're clean people. It was supposed to be our get away weekend and it creeps me out to know that this is what we were sleeping on

Employees are amazing and helped me with everything. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable! I love this place and there all over the U.S.A

The worse hotel I've ever been, the rooms smell bad, I tried using the ac and made it worse. They don't do room service and if you want clean towels you need to take the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange them. The halls are very smelly and need more light. There is hardly ever someone at front desk, you need to call them.

Staff was friendly but the room smelled like burnt broccoli. Place was clean but very worn. Outside landscaping was not impressive but it seemed fairly safe.

It's okay for the price. Pretty clean and bed isn't bad. Bathroom fan does not work and because of the little kitchen it smells like someone just cooked hamburgers or something

Find another place, this isn't worth your money at $90/night. The faucets leak when turned on, the toilet was constantly flowing, the a/c would wake you up in the middle of the night when the compressor turned on (loud bang). No stove, only two burners. A microwave so cheap it didn't even have a rotary function. Funny smells throughout. You have to check out every single plate/utensil as the kitchen isn't stocked. Housekeeping only works on Saturday mornings - one of the few times you would actually be in your room. Overall, the management is penny-pinching in all the wrong ways. Some of the staff were helpful, which is really all this has going for it. With so many other options, I'm not sure why you would choose this hotel. Learn from my mistake.

I stayed in two different rooms that had some issues with cleanliness and a broken sink. The staff is cool and the location is Ok. Other than that, it was just ok and inexpensive.

Great place to stay for a extended amount of time! The service is friendly and courteous with anything you need. Breakfast each morning and the rooms are always clean. The staff goes out of their way to help!

This hotel was in pristine condition. Everywhere you went it was spotless. All staff was cheerful & helpful & we were there at the start of New Years Eve weekend. They have the most comfortable beds of any hotel & the linens were wonderful. There were many restaurants close by which was great for our evening meal.

This is a typical Ext stay America. I have been through several ones & this one is no difference. Many folks complained about lousy breakfast. Quit whining: it's FREE. We all can go somewhere for breakfast which is not far away with several fast food nearby. I stayed one night, good restful place. That's all matters. The next day I checked out. The lady at front desk had the most beautiful body I have seen in Vegas. Wow. What more can you ask for at cheap rate, quiet night & great staff?
