I have been here for about a month and I would definitely recommended this place. Front desk personele are very friendly, accommodating and respectful. The maintenance guy (believe his name is Tony) is nice and always in a good mood, easy to talk to. The cleaning ladies, on the other hand, could work on their customer service skills..I greet them all the time and never receive the same level friendliness in return. They avoid engaging in conversation with you. Sad.
Bulding-wise, the outside may look a bit rough due to city road construction and the front office building going through remodeling (expected to be completed next month), but the rooms are nice and spacious for 2 people and a dog. Has full size bathroom, full size fridge, a kitchenette with ample cabinet space, queen size bed, comfortable couch (pleather), and desk with 2 chairs. TV and curtains could use an upgrade, but can't really complain. Has decent sized pool, property is pretty safe, no issues with neighbors and rarely see homeless people.
So first off it's not called the Rodeway Inn Las Vegas Convention Center! It's actually called the Siegel luxury suites. From the outside you're very very disappointed! The inside in the actual room is really really nice the room I had, had two queen beds, flat screen TV, a desk, a chair with a little table, microwave, sink, refrigerator, coffee pot, 5 different Cupboards in the little kitchen area the big closet, a safe inside the closet, the restroom had a shower and a bathtub, blow dryer, and lots of counter space.
Wouldn't recommend. The pictures online are heavily photoshopped, making it look much nicer than it really is. Got propositioned for a drug buy next to the soda machine. I didn't feel real safe there.
We had a nice stay during new year holiday at this hotel.Friendly staff, clean rooms, low rate, walking distance to strip, there is also a walgreens store only 2 minutes away from the hotel.SDX bus stop just in front of the hotel.
Very friendly service in the front desk , when we asked for somewhere to dine in, they gave us very good suggestions ( and so we had a nice dinner!) after the dinner, we found we lost our room keys, the front desk guy was very nice and gave us another key immediately ( without charge)!! The room is not fancy, but it is big and comfortable, with great value for what I could find on Friday night!!! Would definitely recommend here to the people who are looking for somewhere to stay in Vegas!
