The hotel is run down and very basic. They provide complementary breakfast that consists of frozen waffles and pancakes. The room itself felt dirty. The towels were thin and small. The elevators are all out of order and with no intention to fix. The hairdryer only blew out cold air. Grounds keeping was nonexistent with overgrown bushes and dead grass. The bath tub had a slow, constant drip. On the plus side, at 60 a night with all fees and taxes, it's probably the cheapest place you can find near the strip. It's also pet friendly which is a huge plus for me. You get what you pay for

Arrived on a late flight (around 1am) and needed an inexpensive place that allowed check-ins that late. Airport transportation was quick and comfortable. Friendly staff. Accomodations were pretty dismal, though it did the job and for what I paid you can't really expect much. Breakfast was included: frozen waffles/pancakes (toast them yourself), hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, rice and pickled cabbage, a few drinks (water, Tang, coffee, tea). Elevator had some issues. No bed bugs.

Room rates reasonable. The rooms are nothing to write home about but they're clean and tidy. When we arrived in our room it hadn't been cleaned from the previous cast. So the front desk quickly fix the problem and gave us another room. then we paid for extended checkout. But they didn't leave the keys activated so we got locked out of our own room and paid extra to stay a little longer. So if you get an extended check out ask the front desk leave your keys activated

The convenience of the hotel's location is good. The people at the front desk were all very friendly. The day we checked in we were told the elevator was out but would be fixed by the next day. We were here five nights and no elevator the entire time. We were on the third floor. The sheets on our bed were not changed daily as we expected they should be. We were always left two bath towels, one hand towel, and one wash cloth. We asked the housekeeper to please leave at least two wash cloths. It never happened. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. We only ate there one morning it was so bad. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Actually 3.5 star 🌟
I'm only speaking of our experience. I read reviews before staying here..made me reluctant to stay. But we were only going to Vegas for one night, and we were on a budget.
As far as me and my husband were concerned, we couldn't understand why there were so many bad reviews???🤔
Yes..it's old. But it still was nice. Yesit's got outdated furniture, peeling paint, things falling apartbut it was good for the money spent. Dang, for the locationit was a very good deal!!
Want a luxury hotel? Then go down the block and spend 3 times the money!!
The free breakfast was not exciting but it did the job! There was a nice pool, but we didn't go swimming. They have a free shuttle to the airport too (we chose to drive ourselves)

Fortune was an okay stay. The room was a little dusty, and we didn't care much for the texture of the pillows/bedding, but the room was adequate and the location was pretty good and for the price? It was great. Overall, we were very satisfied worth our stay.

It was room roulette. We had 5 people across 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms had to be changed due to ac not working and leaking baths. WiFi was patchy at best. They don't seem to fix the issues. Their default response is to move you rooms. seems like they are used to people complaining about the rooms. Avoid

This hotel was fine for a last minute, one-night stay near The Strip. The decor was pretty dated and worn, and the TV was a relic, but it did work with lots of channels. Everything was obviously cleaned, too. The breakfast was hardly worth going to the (surprisingly beautiful) lobby. All in all, it was precisely what I expected given the price, and not in a bad way.

This hotel is acceptable for the price that you pay, but I wouldn't want to stay there for an entire vacation. Thankfully, the negative reviews that I read online prior to my stay regarding dirty towels and sheets did not apply to me. The beds were comfy enough and everything was clean. It is also conveniently only a 10 minute walk from the strip. However, the hotel is definitely in a state of disrepair. The carpets were unraveling, the walls had peeling paint and missing trim, the doors were chipped away at the bottom. Our toilet clogged and overflowed and the front desk didn't even seem surprised. The TV was one of those old CRT ones you'll find for free on street corners that crops half the image off the screen. And breakfast was truly horrible (Tang, frozen Eggo waffles, frozen toaster pancakes, rice, and inedible oatmeal.) But overall, it was fine for one night, especially when compared to the prices of other pet friendly hotels in the area.

It's okay kinda hotel. Nothing fancy. Great for solo stay mainly, also if you have a small family. The breakfast is okay. They only serve oatmeals, pancakes, waffles, breads and boiled eggs. For drinks you only have tang and coffees. No fresh juice or fruits are served. A decent swimming pool. Free airport drops and pick ups are provided.
It's a 20 minutes walk to reach the strip. Or you can purchase a Deuce day pass or 3 days pass for bus which is good for any RTC bus rides anywhere within the city. A day pass costs $8.response / report this review -

Nice clean place for the price. Plastic covers on mattresses and towels very worn. Was few blocks from the strip. We didn't eat breakfast. It was white rice, pickled relish, hard-boiled eggs and tang for juice and no fruit. Very strange

Perfect location, Perfect price, and best of all perfect staff. This is a very nice place to stay I would strongly suggest you stay here. It's close to the strip and airport, they also have breakfast in the am. Great place to stay

It seemed kind of run down. Graffiti and lots of trash in the parking lot. Rooms were a good size overall. Nice staff.

You can see the strip from the hotel. Good walking distance. Room quality was what we were expecting for the rate but would definitely come back! Clean, air conditioned and quiet!
