Room is fully equipped even a microwave. The only complaint is that the room was not soundproofed which means you can hear guests talking next door which was quite annoying. Simple breakfast is included with fruits available.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The cheap cost is NOT worth it! We waited about 30 minutes for someone to come up to the front desk to get us checked in and there was a group ahead of us that had been waiting 15 minutes when we walked in. The lobby was hotter than hell and only added to the misery of the wait. Once we finally got to our room we noticed that there was only 1 light bulb in the entire room that worked. We asked the front desk if they could change the burned out ones and their response was “well get to it tomorrow”. The beds were absolute uncomfortable. I’m a guy that likes firm beds but sleeping in the floor of this room would have been an improvement in sleeping conditions. Apparently the walls are not insulated very well because you will hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing, saying and, possibly even thinking it was a horrible night of sleep. It was bad enough that we cut our 2 night stay there down to 1, Vet a refund for the second night and went and stayed at the Luxor which was more than accommodating. The pictures in the description do not truly show what this hotel is. It could and should be something nice and affordable to stay at in Vegas but it’s complete mismanaged and that has caused it to be a total sh!thole.

Check in experience was good. The guest service associate was very friendly. The room was in terrible shape. No signs of preventive maintenance or it ever being deep cleaned. Their was blood stains on the carpet. Food and bodily fluids on the bed skirts! NASTY!! Also spit on the window. Hairs on the bed from the previous guest. Sheets had rips. Shower curtain bar was hanging loose. Really don’t think the place is properly staffed!

Clean, fairly comfy bed, awesome pillows (tempted to steal one), I was bummed that I forgot to bring my own pillow but theirs were much better. Great breakfast with waffles. Staff was helpful. Good bargain if you want cheap, no frills place to sleep. No casino so no resort fees. Pool was closed during my stay :( but otherwise pleasant stay. Pet friendly. Had fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. Room service was available albeit spendy.

First, I would like to say that I have never left a review before in my lifeso that's saying something. My stay there was actually pleasant until I called 2 days after my stay because of an extra charge on my account. Liz Hernandez at the front desk was BEYOND rude. When I told her they charged me extra she said no. At that point I told her she can tell me they didn't charge me extra but the fact is they took more money out of my account than they were suppose to, she then begins raising her voice at me informing me I would have to talk to a manager (which was fine with me). When I told her she needed to watch her mouth she hung up on me. I called back 6 times all of which she picked up and hung up on me. 7th call she answers, I tell her she needs to not talk to customers that way. She hangs up again. I continue to call. I get through with Liz Hernandez again I let her know how rude she is and honestly she really shouldn't work for customer service, I then asked to speak to someone else whom was able to explain the charges to me which Liz should have done to begin with. I inform this other employee of how rude this lady Liz was to me and she says "the customer right here says she wasn't rude". First of all, I really am not one to complain, to me its not worth my time. But, this hotel staff was so extremely unprofessional and rude I feel like something needs to be done. This place has NO standards when it comes to the employees they hire. Very disgraceful!

Our room was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay! Check out time being at noon is wonderful! Staff is also very kind and friendly. My only issue with this hotel is that the side walls are PAPER THIN. There was a guest in the room next to us who was speaking just a tad over normal volume and we could hear every word they were saying.

This hotel is going downhill. My experience over previous stays over the past months have been getting worse. This time, staff was extremely rude. Sheets were not clean, bathroom amenities are not in order. Towels were extremely worn out. The front desk staff would not listen to anything and was being very rude. This was my go to place before as it is close to the strip and airport but not anymore. I am not going to stay here again.

Arrived around 9:30pm, check in only took about 10 minutes with two people ahead of us. Great room, awesome shower lol. Next to the outlet mall and tons else. Would definitely stay here again! Update to original review: Our room was a little warm when we got in and slowly became hot. I went down to the desk to inform them. They immediately gave us keys to a new room and took care of us. Super fast service!

Very conveniently located near the airport for a well priced hotel. Although the sheets were clean, show stains of all kinds from previous guests. Still isn't pleasant to sleep on. Just minor things like corners in bathroom and floors show it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. And although it's a free breakfast, no protien and all carbs diet with not ripe fruit.

It was a really great experience there, even though it took a while for us to get our room keys and we did have a weird elevator experience when checking out. We were able to have a nice suite for the night and got to swim in their pool with just the two having it for our own. I loved that they served complimentary continental breakfast. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport and the strip, but gave us a list of hotels we could park at for free since we had brought our own car. Nice and quiet and the accommodations were great. Can't wait to come back again!

Clean and comfortable rooms. Hotels close enough to the strip and shopping areas but far enough that you don't have to worry about traffic or large amount of people. Breakfast is small and not to many choices other than bagels and bread. Staff was very helpful and polite. Overal for its location it's price is good not to many negative points.

Nice Hotel, off the strip. Quiet neighborhood, near grocery stores, gas stations & restaurants. Hotel staff were courteous & accommodating. Facilities were clean. Rooms had comfortable beds, a refrigerator and a microwave.

It's in a convenient location but that's about all it has going for it. It's dated and feels dingy. The carpet looks old and dank, the walls in my room were by one of the beds was dirty with marks on it, there were stains on the bed skirt which made me think that there were probably other stains but I never pulled the covers back to find out. The walls were paper thin and you could hear people in the next room Ann's hallway clearly. The bathroom was dingy like an old apartment. They have a heated indoor pool but the water looked to have a film on it. Luckily I ended up getting an early flight out so I didn't actually have to sleep there THANK GOD! I mean if you just need someplace to crash and don't have a lot of money, go for it. But I doubt I would have been able to sleep there.
