The hotel was in the middle of renovations. There were work crews in the lobby during breakfast and wrt paint on the walls when I arrived. Undoubtedly it will be nicer when it's done, but I felt the need to watch my every move to avoid paint or people.

Comfortable stay out of the way of the Vegas assignment. The room was nice for the price. The pool was a little small and not that great. Other than that it was a pretty comfortable stay.

It is a pleasant hotel with good service for reasonable price. Windows still open for fresh air, breakfast buffet was satisfactory, accomodation was roomy. The downsides were not under the hotel's control, like few eateries in walking distance and a very noisy neighborhood at night. We will be back..

Check into the hotel was easy simple. The staff of very courteous, and professional. They offer free water when asked at the front desk. The room was very clean organized, air conditioning was turned on. The bed is very comfortable they offer variety of pillows, soft and/or hard. Located close to Nellis Air Force Base for those that are military. There is also a free complimentary breakfast in the morning. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of choices. Choices as eggs (hard-boiled and scrambled), cereal, coffee, tea, bread, pastries, oatmeal, yogurt, and other choices. Coffee tea and hot water is offered throughout the day for free. There is also a swimming pool in the back of the hotel outside. Parking is good, usually a few spots available. Hotel inside is usually very quiet not a lot of noise.

This hotel is wonderful. They recognize CHOICE members. They appreciate business clients. The staff made good restaurant recommendations. The room was big and comfy. The AC worked great during 116 degree weather. Great place off the main Strip.

Location is decently located and the property itself is very nice. The staff are all exceptional and we're always very helpful with any requests. Parking is abundant and weLL lit. Breakfast in the morning is always a nice touch to start off my day. Overall, a good budget stay.

In comparison to some other comforts I have been to the bed was comfortable but to me the sheets felt like sandpaper. There happen to be many activities going on in the area so they were extremely busy but we're able to get us checked in quickly in spite of the fact it was a last minute reservation. This Comfort, like others has a continental breakfast. The yogurt was tasty but the pastries were very dry almost stale tasting. The fruit was not very ripe at all. The main reason I give it a 4 is because the place is smoke free and really clean. The staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs in spite of a last minute reservation. The place is off the beaten path away from the traffic and chaos of the strip.
