The 1st room we had was fineclean and inexpensive, but a pipe burst and our room got rained inthe 2nd room was way nicer and no charge. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes this place is a bit dated however it is clean and neat. The rooms have been somewhat updated. They now serve a.breakfast but I have never used that option. It is however free with the room. They will also take cash. I do know the motel is used at times for a shelter when county social workers use vouchers for their clients. I hsve never been offended there by anyone. It's a great option for visiting the town if looking at the college in historic Westminster, McDaniel College. Nice private college.

Cheap hotel, but the service is awesome. I've stayed here for weeks at a time with no problems. The employees are very nice.

Affordable rooms & the quality matches, basic continental breakfast, crowded parking lot but excellent customer service. Great location close to a lot in the area. Just off the highway so not quiet but we still slept ok. Felt safe despite the obvious indications of many people staying here were long term worker in the area. I'd book again..adequate bang for the buck.

The staff was very courteous and polite. which did make checking in and out much more efficient. Turning the HVAC on helped offset some noise. Some of them are taking up parking spaces. Still, parking was easy and close. Breakfast was very good - probably the best part of our stay. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. It is close to the shopping center and reasonably priced. Very clean, Morning Breakfast provided. Highly recommend

Actually tried to book a room at a large chain hotel, but ended up at Boston Inn. I am happy it turned out like this. Room is large, clean, furnished comfortably, and and the staff is very helpful-ask for Sam. My dog has a place to be walked too! Close to other family-friendly amenities.

The Boston Inn has a Jeffersonian appeal. Friendly atmosphere including clean and neat accommodations. Pets are allowed, enjoy your stay in a quaint environment. When you read the amenities online, where it says Maid service everyday, yes. When I came back to my room beds were made, bathroom towels replaced and a new bottle of shampoo and soap. I hope you enjoy your stay away from home as much as I did.

The price is reasonable. Last month I stayed and TV have captioned. Now I am here. TV is old and small with no captioned. Towels is cheap. I bring my own towels. I am satisfy here.

It is clean and pet friendly. Doesn't have coffee in all rooms. Does in lobby. Needs more updates. They are working on it. Price is great, friendly staff.

DON'T LET OLD REVIEWS STEER YOU AWAY! Despite some older reviews, Boston Inn was a good hotel, especially given that they were the best price around. Everything was clean and maintained. Some of the fixtures and decor were dated, but perfectly functional and well kept. The staff was great as well. I had accidentally booked a smoking room, and at check-in the gentleman at the desk put my wife and I in a larger non-smoking room with no extra cost or haggling. The location is conveniently close to several restaurants, a Target, and at least one grocery store. If I end up in that part of Maryland again, I'll be booking with Boston Inn.

I checked in to the room and immediately felt "dismal" and needing updating badly. My bathroom light was broken, my door faced the street (as all the doors do) and one of the locks on my door was missing. I didn't feel safe. The carpet was wet in some spots and it looked like the decor had not been updated in 20 years. After about 3 hours there, I left my key in the room and a note and booked a room at the Days Inn up the street. The front desk person was friendly, but the overall feeling I had was unsafe, not clean as could be, dank and dismal, needing updates. I'm used to staying in chain hotels like Marriott, so maybe my expectations were too high. I won't be back.

Best value in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Their pool is much better than the other hotels anywhere in this area. I will keep on staying here as long as they are keeping up.

The Boston Inn is a decent stay for a night or two. The staff is quite accommodating and they clean the rooms daily. The rooms are spacious enough and they get the job done. I have never participated but they also include a free breakfast which is nice. They could probably use a few updates but it's good for what it is.
