Perhaps one of my favorite places to relax other than my home. I dare to say this is the best Four Seasons in the Country. The customer service experience is out of this world! To the little details to the welcoming staff and amenities.
The staff here truly makes this hotel feel so special.
I recommend anyone who is visiting Austin to stay here! You won't be disappointed.

Awesome late night experience! The lump crab cakes were made & served to perfection. Pop overs were a nice bread choice. Good service and nice, burnt orange atmosphere.

Very nice hotel, great lobby but the star is definitely the bathroom and the bed. The shower area was very luxurious and the bed was extremely comfortable with great feather bedding and pillows.

Location is also great, there are many restaurants that are within walking distance. One recommendation is Vince Young Steak house, I really enjoyed it and about a 5 minute walk.

I've had the best hotel experience at Four Seasons. As soon as you arrive until the minute you leave, you will be greeted, have your room clean twice a day, super comfortable mattress and pillows, amazing food, views, great location. Overall it was AMAZING!

I didn't stay here, but ate at Trio restaurant. The valley parking is really expensive but the people were very nice and helpful. They are right on the river so it had a great view. There is not much parking on site, you need to find a place on the street. During rush hour it's hard to get out of their lot.

If you're like me and you have fond memories of going to school in Austin but notice that every time you return to visit everything is shittier and more expensive, rest assured the Four Seasons is no exception to this rule. Pick literally any cheaper hotel, and I assure you you will not lose anything in service (it might take less than three calls to replace a defective blow dryer) or dining quality (maybe even a caesar salad with more than one anchovy). Heck they could even let you park for less than $50 a night! What I'm saying is roll the dice. Elsewhere.

All the expected pampering and comforts you know and love. Nice central location in downtown Austin. Many great restaurants nearby.

By far, the best hotel in Austin. Ask for river view room. Food is splendid. Wine list is dynamite. Service is world class. There are newer hotels. There is none better.

I stayed here for the weekend since my friend was getting married there. The first day, a maid barged in on me after giving me only one second after knocking to respond. Later, I come back to my things having been messed with. It was only a couple hours after check in, so I didn't think I needed the "Do Not Disturb" sign yet. Clearly I was wrong. The next day while I was downstairs getting ready for the wedding, someone decided to go in my room and take a huge dump in my toilet and leave it. I was only given a " we'll look into it." That's great and all, but that doesn't make me feel any less disturbed -now- or make me want to go back to my room to stay the remaining night. At the outrageous prices they charge, I expected more than "we'll take care of it, but probably after you're gone..if at all." The managers didn't seem too concerned that my privacy had been invaded, not once, but 3 times. You don't get what you pay for here..just a headache and special "presents" left in your toilet.

Attended a conference. We splurged on a suite and it was great. Loved the location and the park like grounds. The restaurants and amenities were Four Seasons grade. It is an indulgence, but everyone wants one of those now and then.

Wow. You can really tell when you are at a Four Seasons hotel. Everything is just NICER. The place, the people, the service, the staff, and even the surroundings are all a step above. You get what you pay for and I never felt like I was being overcharged. Everything was perfect. Quiet and comfortable place to have a discussion. I was very impressed. You will not be disappointed should your travels take you here. You are fortunate. Enjoy and God Bless. YVF

This hotel was very classy. The entire staff was very professional. The location is perfect if you have business downtown and you just want to rest and relax. The area with rooms is very private. My room was very lovely, with all white bedding, l'occitane bath products, and great options for room service food. There is also a gated, heated outdoor pool if you have the time. I was able to get sleep and even grabbed a free paper in the morning. They say you get what you pay for. This place was nicely memorable for being on the more pricey side of downtown Austin hotels.

My wife and I have always wanted to go to an Afternoon Tea service, so for her birthday, I surprised her by reserving a table at the Four Seasons for us to try. Having nothing to compare this experience with, I would say it was fabulous. The tea choices were good (~12) and the accompanying assortment of food was impressive. I had called prior to request they include some low and/or no sugar options which they were able to accommodate fairly well; I was quite pleased. Overall, while there was room for improvement imo (swifter service, hotter water), I would definitely recommend this unique experience. We will definitely return.

The pool and lawn area are immaculate. The drinks however we're a bit on the lighter side (I guess that's just about expected) but it was made up for by having a waiter while at the pool. Rooms are nice and cozy. Definitely feels nice than your average hotel all around. No real easy parking. Either valet or good luck finding street parking in downtown.
