Kind of hard to find the entrance to this place and hard to find the numbers of the apt sections but overall the outside of the building seem nice

Management will promise but wont delivery on promise. Have them put it in writing. One way to know they will not follow on the promise is that they will call you instead of sending you an email so always get it in writing from them. Gave 1 star because it wont let you do anything lower.

I've been here about a year now and I've really had no issues. I like my apartment, it's a quiet and nice neighborhood, and the grounds are well kept. The staff is great; Jackie and Brittany have always been helpful and willing to work with me to make sure I'm taken care of. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. They do not beat around the bush which I like. Also in the very few times that I've had to contact maintenance for anything they always came out the same day. I will definitely be signing on for another year.

I was super excited about moving in here. Once I got moved in I started to notice that they don’t really keep up with cleanliness of the outside. The walk ways up to the stairs are really gross, the garbage can at the mail center is always full and overflowing, and there is usually a good bit of trash in the parking lots and where the pine straw is. Granted people shouldn’t litter and should take responsibility for it, I feel like they could be better taken care of. And i wish there was some way to enforce people to pick up after there dogs. The complex smells like hot dog poop every day.

I lived here for 2 years. When I moved into the apartment it was so dirty (especially the bath-tub) that I had to deep clean everything.
I lived on the bottom floor with a neighbor that was constantly throwing things and clomping around like she had bricks on her feet. It was insane. Then the neighbors across the hall would scream and yell at each other. Also, at 11pm on a school night we'd have kids (not from our building) sitting right outside using our walkway as a skate ramp. So there's all that to consider

Then it gets really scary. If we put in a maintenance request I always specifically stated that I am home because I didn't work and my ex did. So to please knock and not just enter the apartment. Plus I had two dogs. Their maintenance man at the time disregarded my note and entered our apartment while I was sleeping and I woke up while he was in my home. I heard him talking to my dogs. I was terrified because it wasn't even close to the specified time and I wasn't dressed appropriately. He finally left and I went to the kitchen area and could smell cigarettes. He did this again and my ex caught him and confronted him and went straight to the leasing office.
Also when we moved out we cleaned that apartment top to bottom. They had the nerve to charge us an extra cleaning fee (on top of our non-refundable pet deposit) because it wasn't clean enough. But apparently it was clean enough for us to move in when a white bathtub had a brown stain on the bottom.
    At least show some consistency.

In the 2 years I have lived here it has been horrific. The carpeting is worn out the second handicap parking spot was never replaced after black topping the parking lot some tenant parked her car there for two weeks at a time without moving it.I had mice and bugs .The pool that I was told would be monitered for rowdy children was not.Every tenant that lived above was noisy at early hours of the morning.Paying the money that I did I did not expect this for a luxury apt.I also referred a friend to live here and he only stayed here a year. You have terrible tenant turnover.I also had three different leaks in my apt. There is no luxury about these apts.I will be glad to be gone.NO MORE LIES FROM THE FRONT OFFICE.You might care more about your tenants and stop raising the rent every time a lease is renewed due to the excuse of market value they are not worth it esp when you can rent a 3 bdrm house for less.So to sum it up the apts are run down and old .there was a fire across the hall due to the age.I don't want to be next.
P..S. for two years my rent was always on time.and nobody mentioned my deposit so keep it you need it more than I do

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, unfortunately we didnt complete the application process or move there as they informed , before taking our application fees, we probably would not qualify. Sorry we could not become residents there, but thankful for saving our money!

Let me start off with i called and left a voice mail at 3 stating I would becoming by around 4:15 - 4:30pm to look at leasing an apartment. I never received call back. I got there the lady running the leasing office started off her introduction with we stop seeing future residents at 4:30pm. Which I walked in just before that and I understand that it was almost closing time. So I told her my budget then she got some paperwork, which had apartments that were well above my budget. She then continued to basically run me out. I will not be going back. If that's how they treat possible new residents then I would hate to find out how they treat current residents. Then she told me to check out other local apartment because they would be cheaper. Which I found insulting.

I moved in March of last year because we are building a house. The whole crew was great finding the right unit and getting me settled in. There was a few issues when I moved in and they took care of it immediately. The maintenance staff is the best. This is a friendly, quite place that feels more like home than apartment living. Valerie and Jackee make you feel like family. I would recommend Evergreen at Lost Mountain to anyone considering locating in this area.

This apartment complex may look nice from the front and the office with the luxury clubhouse look but don't be fooled the office staff is rude it takes forever for maintenance to do any repairs and if they quote on quote repair it and it ends up not being repaired at all they refuse to come out to fix it if u call them. Trust me I will not be renewing my lease July can't come fast enough
