I had not been here in a while (over 10 years when I had my first BMW). They did not disappoint. I'm on my second one now and needed some work done and didn't feel like paying the ridiculous markup on labor at the dealership. Euro Motorworks not only cut the estimate in half, but provided quality work and as always, quality customer service. I highly advise anyone with a luxury car, to give Euro Motorworks a chance for your business. 2 BMWs and counting with no complaints!

These guys are top notch. Will never take my car to dealer again. Some of the best customer service I've ever had.

Great work on my Boxster. Happy with service and details of their review. Future work to be done and will use them as they seem to be very good and detailed. Staff was very friendly.

Guys at Euro do a fabulous job. I have found their diagnosis to be accurate, their work exceptional, and price to be fair. The detailed cleaning (inside and out) you get is a very appreciated special touch!

They have always been fair, reasonable and honest. There have been times where they could have told me different and it would have cost me more money but they didn't and it cost them money for warranty work.

I have gone to them twice and had a great experience both times. They are friendly, efficient, and a good alternative to going to the dealer for service.

Very happy with the service I received here. The staff were friendly, fast, and professional. They offer fair prices without the dealer mark up. What I was quoted is exactly what I paid. Not only did they do a phenomonal job service wise they also cleaned my car which I wasn't expecting! I will be a return customer.

It's been awhile since I've been here. Short review= If you love your car and are particular on who works on it then this is your place. If your car is just a car to you, then you may want to shop around.
Had my Porsche serviced with them.
My only dislike are their prices. Like mentioned in several other reviews, they really do charge crazy high prices. And car loaners should be better quality for the prices they charge
BUT, with that higher price you get super service. The shop is very clean and organized. Quotes and Invoices very detailed. They treated me like a King, and charged me like one. hehe.
Overall, if money is not an issue for you or you love your car, then I recommend this place.

Very professional and friendly. I've taken my Porsche there the past two years for regular maintenance and inspection. They take the time to have me meet with the service manager, Josh, to discuss the service request and to learn if I've been experiencing any issues. They complete the work on time and even thoroughly clean my car inside and out. The loaner program is nice, too. I highly recommend Euro Motorworks.

I have a Mini Clubman. I decided to see if I could get repair work done cheaper than at the dealer. so, buyer beware i think this place is in over their heads.

This fall, I brought the car in b/c it was driving rough and dying on me and all kinds of codes popping up. Euro diagnosed it as a bad spark plug and said I needed an oil change (although I had checked the oil myself and it was not low, but eh.. I could have been wrong). They said that they also found that my spark plugs were not the ones recommended by the manufacturer. I said that's funny b/c its always been worked on at the dealer. I agreed to an oil change and the replacement of one spark plug that they said was causing error codes.

My husband picked up the car for me. And the car died on the way home. I called the next day and spoke to a manager. She offered to have them drive it more at no charge and they would also give us a loaner. I said okay. what happened then was they said couldn't find anything else wrong with it. And their loaner also died it our garage and had to be hauled away by a flat bed truck. not a good sign. so frustrated that i just spent $350 for my car still not working, i moved on. and it died on me like a week later.

i took it back to the dealer. while annoyed at euro motorworks charges and not fixing my car, it did turn out to be pretty hard for the dealer to figure out and ended up being a costly repair. but they did not stop until the figured it out and did throw some work in free of charge since some of the things they tried did not work. they were definitely committed to figuring it out. right after visit one, it would have been much more credible for euro to say "we actually don't know what is wrong with your car - you need to take it to the dealer." most service centers i've ever worked with on previous cars know when they need to stop and hand it back to the dealer and will just tell you that.

fast forward 5 months later. my car's engine light is back on. back to the dealer b/c , they at least did manage to fix my car last go around. guess what is faulty? a spark plug and euro motors claimed what was in there was not the correct plugs to begin with and they replaced one. Guess what the dealer tells me? all my spark plugs are actually the same kind. and one is broken. and they are all pretty much what is recommended by BMW.

it does leave me wonder - did euro motorworks actually do ANY service to my vehicle? i am sure there is some explanation for this. but it does leave me wondering if there was a HUGE mix up on the paper work and my car was NEVER worked on. just tested and drove. i'm not sure if there was an intent to fraud me, but there are things just not adding up. at all. especially that i am being told all my spark plugs match!!!!

I was referred to Euro by a family member who had good experience with them. Our 2005 Volvo XC90 had a significant oil leak. As mentioned in other posts, Josh was very professional and the shop was very clean. The option to utilize a loaner car was great and something I was not used to outside of the dealership experience. The issue was a leaky engine gasket that took a significant amount of labor to get to. Due to the expense, I did some due diligence and got quotes from a couple of other places. All were reletively the same price and none of them were as clean and professional as Euro. I will use them again and would recommend them to friends.
