I was in an accident when I first heard about mr.collision I went there with front end damage off back they gave me an unbelievable estimate of 8000 which eventually went down to 7500 I paid 3800 in cash to get started every time I call to check on my car they would give me bogus excuses saying they don't have any mechanics and every waiting on parts every week they would promise me my car would be done and back to me it been almost a year since the accident and I'm just now getting my car back but wait it's still not fully repaired I noticed after giving dale the remaining of the 7500 which was 3700 cash that my turning signal wasn't fixed and my glass cover to where my meter reads was broke still I contacted dale he informed me that he would fix it he had yet to do so I call him every chance I get and he's never in the office or let him tell it he doesn't have any staff at one point he even agreed to do it himself but it never happened I DO NOT recommend NOBODY to ever go to mr.collision for any work done they are not customer friendly they only care about there money and also when I Gave them my car I had a 3000 watt amp on my cvr kickers and my amp was stolen in they facility and when asked about it all dale had to say was I don't THINK anyone here would do that come on you had my car about a year why wouldn't they and how did you come to this conclusion without even reviewing the cameras that's clearly set up in his office
