I've had work done there twice so far. Good work done, price seemed ok. I asked for shocks replaced but they told me mine were still good enough, I think that's a good sign they have some honesty.

DO NOT GO TO KNK AUTO. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I called for a price quote on rear brakes for my 66 Chevy c20. The guy that answered the phone said he would have to look at it to give me a price. I dropped it off with the parts i had and then I got a rude call from them that they need more parts and they are charging me double because I didn't have all the parts an couldn't get the parts to them. Then I find out THEY ARE CHARGING ME 95.00 AN HOUR Because I brought my own parts that I bought at autozone and O'Reilly's ($200 cheaper) down the road. If you let them buy the Napa parts that are super high you get a cheaper $50 an hour labor rate. I went elsewhere so they charged me $150 to look at it and to put 1 wheel cylinder on. Rip off conartist.

2002 Ford Escape

All issues I've had with my vehicle have been completed by K&K with outstanding results. Two summers ago my 2002 Ford Escape had oil on a couple spark plugs and they fixed the problem. Two weeks ago I replaced the spark plugs myself and they didn't have a trace of oil; that's good quality work that lasts. My latest repair was a misfire in the #4 cylinder. I attempted to fix it myself by replacing the coil with a new coil I purchased from a local auto parts store. The car still wasn't running right. I took it to K&K and they found out the new coil was bad and now she's running like new. K&K does honest work at a very fair price.
