The workers aren't the most friendly or helpful. Many seem like they dislike their jobs. Better training would be helpful since a lot of them can't direct you to the exit you ask about. Bathrooms aren't kept like years ago.

Also, Empire has change their point system. If you don't come monthly you lose your points and start from scratch. Seem as if they're encouraging gambling in people. This can be dangerous to people with addictive personalities.

Gm this is the second time my friend ,who gives a bus ride for the seniors every month is left waiting to be greeted at empire casino. Last month they only had 2 greeters on a Tuesday . This is when they we have a good promo. I feel that in all they need more greeters on this day

This place stinks of despair. It's mostly under privileged people being taken advantage of. The seats at the tables and slots are all worn through. There's a smell to the place, you'll catch a whiff of it and it'll turn your stomach. If you've read the description so far you can imagine what the dining is like, it's no better. Head to the bar for a drink? Insane prices for drinks at a casino: Blue Moon or similar will be $8 a pint.

The staff, at least in promotions, were the worst you could find in society. The one staff member was yelling at a customer in Spanish and then after security took the customer away the staff member explained to their coworker that she told the customer to meet her outside, that she would beat her ass when she's off work. This entire thing taking place in front of a long line of customers.(12/3/2017 - about 3:30)

Between the smell, the dirtiness, the staff, the food, and the drinks there is no way I could ever recommend anyone coming here. I'd say avoid at all costs.

Fun for a night out. Not as good as AC or Mohegan Sun but better than Monticello and closer to the city. Only problem is that sometimes it is hard to find staff when you need helplike when a machine can't read your card Otherwise pretty standard racino with a decent food court. 🎰🍹🃏🦄

Slits were paying out throughout the casino on a Friday night. Great sign in my opinion. Three card poker always a winner for us. Mini Royal and a $650 win. Just like that. Hit a few more good hands before it turned. Drinks, however, were very scarce. Winning seems to make me not care so much. Crowded but machines were readily available.

Every fame king video poker machine in the building were occupied from the time of opening from a group that arrives on a bus, plays one quarter, eats at the machine, leaves the machine every 10 minutes but leaves a bag on the chair so no one else xan play. EMPIRE has removed at least 20 poker machines because they're not making money. They can't make money when these groups are really not playing. Every month we have had to wait 2-3 hours on Tuesdays. We wont be back

I love this casino, I've been going now for a couple of years. The location is accessible and convenient, with a lot of parking. The atmosphere is comfortable with a lot of security. They have two floors of slots, a bowling Alley, eateries, and live bands performing on certain nights. I do pretty well here on the slots and tables. I would definitely recommend Empire Casino if your looking for some local entertainment.

Payouts are smaller opposed to the tribal casinos. No jackpots. If your a slot player which is all they have use caution on bigger bets. Smaller bets seem to get more payouts which allows you to play more

It's a fun place to go and watch the horse racing as you sit outside under the the umbrellas on their concrete deck. The food is also very good. I definitely think it's a great place for a fun night out.

This casino is actually quite amazing, and very well staffed. There is a heavy presence of security, which made me feel extremely safe . Every time I turned around I saw either casino security dressed in uniform, or uniformed police officers. Asides from the great sense of security in the atmosphere, the casino is well taken care of . The bathrooms are cleaned and well maintained. There are cleaning people constantly walking around and making sure the casino is super clean . During my visit I also stopped at the food court. The food court has a wide variety of foods for any person , and you definitely get your money's worth. The portions are large , and they are well seasoned. The staff are kind , and they try to accommodate you as much as possible.

My experience at the casino was amazing. I played so many new games some of which had Family Guy , and Pirate Themes. The machines that I played on the first floor paid out a reasonable amount of money , and I was satisfied with my winnings. Great casino , good food , I will return.

Love it here. Everything you need all in one place. Great entertainment. Great food at affordable prices and you always bump into someone you know. The staff is great and the bathroom is kept clean. Ample parking or mass transit if you dont drive. A great getaway for a few hours.

I've been about 4 times PROS:1) easy to get to on city bus and nearby, 3)free bag check, 3) entertainment is actually pretty good for small venue 4) easy access to machines to redeem winnings or break large bills 5) seems safe and OK spot to take visiting friends and family for a little fun CONS: 1) its a MONEY TRAP DESIGNED TO TAKE YOUR MONEY AS QUICK AS POSSIBLEI guarantee the casino EARNS close to 10 times the amount of money that it PAYS OUT in winnings to players..DONT GO THERE TO GET RICH 2) promo offers are limited and shady for example I signed up as new member and was offered up to $100 reimbursement if I lost $100 or more on my 1st day of play..I won $200 on a slotplayed it all back and lost it allbut since I had "won" $200..i was not entitled to the $100 reimbursement offer 3) The casino tracks how much you spend with your comp card..i suspect the system is rigged to let you win a little back only after you have lost a certain amount of money. 4) lots of broken machines (handles or sound don't work) 5) Max bet is minimum of $2-$3 per spin on most slots and $100 dollars will vanish within MINUTES 6) Fast Food options are not cheap but quality is average to poor and food doesn't not look very appealingeat at your own risk. BOTTOM LINE: YES for an evening of a little casino fun with family or friendsHELL NO if you trying to make some big gambling moneytake $100 bucks and call it a night

Life music in the weekend. Diferent restaurants. Court food area. A lot of loose money machine for people like and enjoy loose money. But anyway you can have good time here. Free transportation from the city. Big parking.

Very drab! Felt like I was in a old 70's movie.
Need to improve lighting. Does not compare to Mohegan Sun. They should take a page from them. Open some stores, make it a full experience. What happened to the Hotel?
Its in my backyard I'll probably be back.

I came with my sister and niece to see how I would like it. I normal go to A.C. but I had a let's see attitude. We went on a bus worse experience I ever had on a bus trip the people was so noisy and the bus driver didn't seem to care .when I finally got to the casino I got me a player's card nice guy toke my info but he never repeated back to me to make sure it was correct. When I was playing a lot of machines were broken or the buttons kept sticking people sitting next to me felt it's the way this casino operates. Food court nice but I can take it or leave it. When I returned I was waiting for my offers my sister and niece received theirs but Where were mine so I call and ask them to check out my info and was told not over the phone . Ok but how would I know if my email was correct. Went back and forth with this issue I finally gave up. So I decided to email was told that my email that I gave to the guy had minor errors so they would fix but I would have to get my offers in person why? I dropped a lot of money that Friday in Feb. So i finally received my offers with some that expired. Nice business. Fix yours machine and stop the noisy bus. Would I go back as of right now no.
