They were very fast, friendly and thorough. They gave us options and because of them Morty the cat survived being run over by a car after running out of house.
Have always been satisfied when taking Coop there
Refuses to write a portable scrip for maitenance Meds she prescribed. Said if we not agree we can always go to another vet. She charges twice what I can get it for online. Unaffordable at her cost!
Very friendly staff. They took great care of my cat while I was on vacation. I would definitely recommend.
My phone call to make a new patient appointment was great. It was handled very kind and professional, I looked forward to taking our dog in.
Our first visit was yesterday. I wish it had been as great as the phone call. We were called back to a room then the person vanished; we’re new and not clear on where to go. I had to ask receptionist.
The veterinarian never even introduced herself. I had to ask if she was the vet.
At the end of the exam I asked if that was it, if everything was good because it didn’t seem very thorough.
I called the office shortly after to inquire if that was the typical new patient visit and to share an introduction would’ve been nice. There was a blanket apology.. still don’t know the name of the veterinarian.
If we go back I sure hope it’s better.
Always helpful and great care. Thx
I brought my dog here to get her yearly vaccines. The doctors and staff are very nice and professional. Would highly recommend this clinic to any pet owner!
Hung up on me while trying to help an injured mouse! Never been so upset
A place for your dog or cat needs Vet.
On their website this clinic advertises that they provide emergency treatment for their clients. If you believe this, it may cost your pet's life. I've gone there for years with several pets, so I am an established client. My cat was in dire distress, so I called the answering service at about 9:00 one evening, expecting them to return my call and tell me to get to the office NOW. Instead after about 20 minutes Dr. Cope called and told me I'd have to take her to some emergency clinic somewhere between Delaware and Columbus (I only live about 8 minutes from their clinic, and over an hour from this place he sent me to). He didn't even ask what was wrong-only that they weren't going to do an emergency treatment for her. 3 vets, and no help. Oh, about the clinic they told me to go to? She died on the way.
I wonder what they think I'm going to tell folks about their business?
