  Being new to town we were tasked with finding a new Vet for our dog (she is our baby.) We couldn't be happier with Dr. Donn and the staff at Animal Medical & Emergency Hospital. They offer convenient appointment times on Saturday & worked directly with our prior Vet clinic to transfer our dog's records. It was a wonderful experience and we're excited to have found somewhere that cares for our dog as if she were their own. It was obvious that they're in business for all the right reasons. 5 stars!

  Dr. Donn & the entire staff go way above and beyond the call for the animals and their owners. OSU Vet Clinic gave my dog 18 days to live unless he got very expensive emergency surgery and chemotherapy. Five and a half months later, with awesome alternative therapy & acupuncture, he is like a giant puppy again! Thanks for all you do and keep up the great work- it is very much appreciated!

  This is in response to Krista.
  
  I am sure the receptionist was trying to be helpful, considering your pet "had not been eating well." I doubt the office cares that much about selling you that $2 can of food as much as they care about your pet's well being. Really, she went beyond the call of duty to open it and show you the contents. Obviously, you must have done something in that transaction to make everyone's day, I am sure!
  
  I am unaware of any business that would hand you over a free product. Why would you complain about purchasing a $2 can of food for a sick animal? If an inexpensive can of food made my furkids feel better, I would buy it for them. They would do the same for me if they carried a wallet.
  
  Proper pet care is not uncomplicated, nor is it necessarily inexpensive or a God-given right to get for nothing. Having pets is work and can be costly.
  
  I do not work for this vet, but I am a fan and I feel you should re-consider not only your poor typing skills, Krista, but your attitude.
