This is a great property, well appointed , with the million $ view. Great location, near all the shopping and eateries. I would recommend Aqua Condominiums to all who have a PCB vacation in their future.

Really enjoy this place. Proximity to Pier Park is a plus! The condos we've stayed in have been clean and roomy. Sunset photo opportunities are prime.

Room 902 is very dirty. The carpets are filthy. The slip covers on the couches and chairs are disgusting. We had to put blankets over everything just to sit down. When we asked the front desk if anything would be redone before next year, they told us too bad and not to expect anything to be any different. The pools are nice but there is absolutely no atmosphere. I would suggest elsewhere.

This is our fourth time staying at Aqua. The amenities are amazing and the location is perfect! This is the only time that we haven't been happy with our condo. Just seems like maintenance is lacking Our condo needs an overhaul and maintenance needs to step up their game to make sure all of the appliances are working properly BEFORE renting out a condo for $1k+ a week.

The condo itself is all we needed for a family of 4. The absolute best thing about this condo is the location. On the beach, short walk to pier park, Walmart, restaurant across the street, basically anything you could need is within sight. Perfect vacation spot.

Really like these condos. Each one of them has a very unique and different layout and decor. The workout room is more than adequate and the pools are always very nice and clean. Most of the grounds feel very well kept and all of the room appliances have always worked well. All of the rooms have great air conditioners and the rooms are VERY quiet- the busy Front Beach Road and other guests are never heard within the rooms. Highly recommended as a place to stay.

Stayed here for the first time in 2016. Great location and a quick walk up to Pier Park in the evenings which is really convenient. Beach is easily accessible and my favorite feature is the indoor pool and indoor hot tub when you want to take a break from being out in the sun.

Room was nice. We're actually staying here again in 2017 with a 3 bedroom 3 bath setup and I'll post a review of this condo after the stay.

The parking deck and sky bridge are super convenient as well.

Very nice location directly on the beach. Has pool cafe, good security and 2 pools. 3 bed 3 bath room is spacious enough for whole family with extra room for more.

Good location, close to Pier Park shopping, and night life. Pool/spa are over chlorinated to the point to bleaching swim suits. Head to the beach instead.

Really enjoyed my stay here for a week. The staff was very friendly, their workout room is nice, and the condo grounds are well kept and secure. Parking deck has a covered crosswalk across the road, which is excellent. The rooms, parking deck, weight room, and grounds are all locked via pass code, which is a bit annoying- would much prefer key cards. Located right across from Pier Park, the location is great. Very close to shopping and attractions.
