I love Embassy Suites everywhere. They are always s great stay! the breakfast is awesome and plentiful. I wish that the happy hour foods were as plentiful as the breakfast Either Embassy Suites is s great stay!

We were very pleased with the executive suite which added an extra room to the usual 2-room suite. The room would get 5 stars but the breakfast maybe 2. Way too many people for the space. An employee did help us find a table. Though he requested someone return to clean off the table, it did not happen. I was happy to get Goose IPA beer at the reception. I have stayed at over 30 Embassy Suites and the room here was great, but overall only 4 stars.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

This is a pretty darn nice Embassy Suites. The staff was very nice and the rooms were also very nice. The breakfast were typical Embassy Suite and the morning staff was very nice. Really the only negative thing is the food that they had for the reception. It was fine but definitely on the lower end of some of the Embassy Suite receptions I have been to. Rooms around here book up quickly so remember to book your room a few months in advance!

We stayed in the 4th floor. The lobby was beautiful with a flooring fountain and the room was different from any one I'd seen before. I had a living room and TV side and then a bedroom door to the bedroom and bathroom. Very cool, and service was fantastic.

Fantastic hotel, great rooms, excellent breakfast so why only 3 stars? After a long flight the last thing you want is the concierge trying to sell you on a time share event first thing the next morning - not a great first impression so one star removed. Second star removed due to an impatient cleaner, if checkout is at 11am then leave guests alone until then instead the cleaner knocked on our door 3 times between 10am and 10.40am to see when we would be leaving.

Very impressive atrium lobby. Evening reception and breakfast were a nice touch but very crowded. Many people seemed to enjoy the free drinks a little too much

Room itself was large and the separate living room worked well, but living room window faced into the corridor/atrium so gets very little natural light. There was a slightly musky/mouldy smell in the room, but not enough to bother changing rooms when staying one night.

Front desk very helpful allowing early check in and the small gift shop was handy to buy a stamp on a Saturday afternoon when all the post offices were closed, I was even able to leave it with the front desk to mail for me.

I stay almost exclusively with Hilton properties. This property was the least helpful I have ever experienced. The service was in some ways great, but at least half of the employees I encountered were rude and didn't care about your stay. I will point out that I thought 1 or 2 at Check In were pleasant but specifically the restaurant and hotel staff encountered through out were rude and blunt. Very difficult to enjoy yourself when you feel unwelcome. My next complaint is cleanliness. I must have been a rare case but my room had hair everywhere. I was only there for a short stay and couldn't leave fast enough. Parking fees were FAR beyond normal for the area. A coworker of mine stayed a few blocks away during the same days and paid $12 a day at the hotel. This location charged $48.99 per day. They also did not specify this at check in. I did ask how much my parking would be and was told $ 41 or something close to that. NEVER mentioned per day and I was asking for my entire stay. Sure this could have been confused. Since I had so many issues it is just icing on the cake. I also spoke to management about an issue. And they DID NOT CARE. I made a booking mistake. I would have been perfectly fine if they could assist in any way. Not asking for a hand out or anything. They did not and would not care AT ALL. A professional should always offer help, or advice, or knowledge and I was offered NONE of this. I will never revisit. I am offended by the treatment I received and the deception of quality this hotel is supposed to have.

Good location within 20 minutes walking distance to most important national landmarks. The rooms have basic accommodations but are relatively comfortable. Our room did not initially have any utensils. Upon request the staff was able to provide us with our needs. Do not come to this hotel if your expectation is a home away from home with full amenities such as a washer/dryer and an Ethernet port

The hotel is uniquely built with a very interesting architectural layout. The service is great and the staff will text you to see if they can make your stay any better. There is a complimentary breakfast in the morning but it is just your traditional eggs, bacon, cereal, fruit, etc. Nothing special to write home about but it's still nice to be included with your stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern feeling and a maid services them everyday. The only truly unsatisfactory thing that I have experienced is the gym. It's a bit run down and could use an expansion. The ceilings are not evenly vaulted and it shows as there are cracks and crumbles where someone lifted the dumbbells above their head only to discover the ceiling is a bit closer than they realized. Also, there is a lack of variety in equipment and a few of the weight machines are rusted and run down. But then again, this is a hotel, not a gym.

The hotel is super nice. There is a happy hour and free breakfast too. However, A/C and Heat System is pretty weak. Water pressure is too strong. Other than that, I enjoy my stay at the hotel.
