Digital keys didn't work. Back hotel door wouldn't open for any guests (even with working keys). Miscommunication to several guests about when breakfast started. Elevator messy at night and still messy the next morning. Otherwise the hotel/room was nice. Just expected no problems at this level of hotel.

Typical Embassy. Great deal if you can get a decent rate. Made to order omletes and hot breakfast buffet. Fruit was always fresh, the oatmeal was piping hot, and they always had 2x different breakfast meats.

The rooms are fresh, updated, and the layout is terrific! This E.S. is tied for the best with Anchorage . Breakfast is great. Omelet was cooked to perfection.

I come here often on business travel. No comments on price, but overall, not a bad spot to go to. Parking is ample and not surrounded by too busy of streets. The busy street is a mere few blocks away, so you're not left out. Amenities are plentiful.
Only comment is that structure upkeep in the room is about or slight miss, never terrible. I left a comment to the front that the shower needed to get repsprayed for clean coating. Otherwise, this is still my go to.
In general, I see a lot of professional business travels come through here.response / report this review -

The breakfast was easily the highlight of my stay. The food was excellent and there was a wide variety available. The hotel itself was very clean and staff was professional. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Suites are roomy and comfortable. The free breakfast is fantastic! They'll make you an omelet or cook your eggs however you want them, plus there is a full buffet. The are free snacks and drinks every evening. Make sure you book early, since the hotel is usually full.

Love the breakfast and happy hour! The pool is great. The room is comfortable with separate living and sleeping space. Great staff that is very attentive!

Great location. Central to everything. Room was clean and quite nice. 4 stars because check in staff was slow and they did not have enough help to check in a large group. Other than this. Nice place. Comfortable and we will choose this spot again

Stopped here to visit a friend who was in town for work. We had drinks at the bar. The bartender was very sweet and attentive. Hotel lobby is lovely. I also saw a paint party while I was there. Very roomy bar/lounge area.

The rooms were well maintained, the breakfast included made to order eggs (including egg whites if wanted) and waffles. The pool wasn't crowded and the staff were professional. Overall a good stay.

This hotel is probably one of the best in Palmdale. The location is excellent, with ready access to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping, but still off the main path to keep noise down. The entryway is plenty big, and the check-in desk has plenty of space to check in multiple guests at the same time. The amenities downstairs are very nice with good choices for food and relaxing. The rooms are well appointed and have plenty of room. I was impressed with the overall quality of the hotel, and I would recommend this room to anyone who needs to spend a few nights in Palmdale.

The Embassy Suites was everything I expected and more. The room was clean, organized, and not to mention huge! The complimentary free drinks during happy hour was an unexpected and welcomed surprise. I lived the free breakfast in the morning. For the money this was an excellent value. We also enjoyed the pool and the gym. I definitely recommend this as an option.
