Let me start by saying, the management was very nice. With that being said, the carpet needs to be torn out. It is so smelly (and Im being nice)The condition of the room makes it almost impossible for housekeeping. People pay good money to stay at this motel, some of it needs to go back into it or close your doors.

Giving it 1 star because I cant give 0. Disgusting hotel, disgusting rooms. If you have an option to stay somewhere else,DO! Room is filthy, and I mean FILTHY. I don't think they cleaned it before we checked in. The bed sheets are burned and disgusting. Lights are hanging from the ceiling, about to fall off. Floor has trash everywhere, I won't take off my shoes. The toilet seat isn't even on the toilet! And there are pubes all over it! Never again. Spend your money elsewhere. I'm so upset we booked 2 nights here. Its just gross.

I stayed at the Motel Tuesday night through Monday night and I thought for the price it was a good deal. The place was clean but worn. Isn't the best part of town but is close to the interstate.

Worst place I’ve ever made reservations too!
We payed for 3 nights and left that same night
Do to roaches all over , looked like blood on the curtains. My wife was trapped in the bathroom for hours I had to open the door with a knive and to be honest it wasn’t hard at all I slid the knife in and it popped open. Not to mention condom a condom wrapper was in front of my room 123, in the pouring rain crack heads were outside screaming and yelling at 10:30pm , people selling drugs . The place is just all bad I wouldn’t RECOMMEND it to ANYONE!! I was telling people not to check in when I went to try and get my money back they charged me for 1 night when I didn’t even stay 1 hour HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . If so many complain about roaches etc. why don’t they fix the problem!! Never ever again. Wish I can put 0 stars that should be an option

This place doesn't even deserve 0 stars, I would give it -5 stars if I could, it's absolutely disgusting, the rooms appear that they've never been cleaned, stains all over the mattress, druggies all over the grounds and trash everywhere. Do not stay here

Disgusting! And overpriced! This place will make you sick! I booked a room online thinking the photos they advertised would be what to expect but when I got the room it was so dirty and run down it made me sick. I asked for a non smoking but found old half smoked cigarettes. The walls were covered in black stains, hand prints, pee, blood, giant holes you name it. The carpets have never been cleaned or vacuumed they were corroded with stains and old food Crumb's. My kids feet turned black from being barefoot for only five minutes not to mention my son stabbed himself in the foot with an old needle pin. The bathroom light switch was hanging off the wall and I saw a roach crawl out of the back of it. The tub was old and chipped and the towels and bed sheets were dirty. And as for security they put toilet paper in the doors peak hole, and the doors top latch was broken and was fixed by a loose screw that didn't work to lock it. The lemon tree motel is the nastiest place I have ever seen. There are no phones or microwaves. Families should stay away its not safe!. I gave them 1 star only because I'm not able to give negative or 0. The rooms are completely disgusting and dangerous to be in. We reserved 4 rooms. 3 out of the 4 had huge blood stains on the floor. Another some stains of blood in the bed. There is mold on the bottom seems of the walls. Behind my small fridge there was a 3x3 ft hole. I have a 2 year old daughter. These conditions are not only unsanitary, but a biohazard to be..

Then to put the cherry on top our safety was compromised within 5 minutes trying inspect the rooms. An individual came up to me demanding for me to give him all my money. I didn't have any at the time which I explained to him. He was upset and left cursing towards a group of other men. They talked amongst themselves and I graced my child and belongings and left. The agent I'm the fromylt desk did not want to give us our money back and was reluctant to work with us. Horrible place. I have pictures as well but I'm not sure I can add them but I wish I could.

Location is convenient, staff don't bother the guests at all, a bit ghetto (even for Pomona), and the rooms are run down and in disrepair. The place is an obvious sex and drug haven.

What a bloody great time I had. Cynthia and Randy were terrific hosts. They made my time there at Reno extra memorable. Cynthia could not do enough to help and make me fatter. Great cook! Randy when time permitted was great to talk to. Recommended for everyone.

I would give 0 stars but it won't give me that option phone service here sucks you hardly get any reception there is wifi but not even worth it too damn low and slow cable here isn't even cable not that many options on channels only up to 52 channels í had my room changed once cuz the RR door was locked didn't realized it until I had to use it í would NOT recommend place unless you just need to spend the night and leave but "enjoying your stay" here is definitely no enjoyment

Small refrigerator, no microwave, air conditioner isn't big enough to cool the room. Beds are firm. Ok to crash for a night.

Cheap place to stay. Great location. But there are roaches. And I was unaware of the Adult Channel on the TV until my daughter told me about it. Definitely not the person I wanted to see that.

It's pretty good, bathroom is a bit lacking but gets the job done. The beds are comfy too.
