Nothing out of the ordinary. Location is near a bunch of convenient food places and the main highway. Room is fairly clean and housekeeping comes in everyday as they should. Amenities are great as well

My beautiful 79 years young mother is moving from California to Kansas today. Last night, she stayed at the wonderful Hampton Inn & Suites in Palmdale before taking her flight this morning to start her new adventure in the midwest. She has trouble with stairs and tubs, due to her knees. So, being a Hilton employee myself, I booked her a room here and requested the Handicapped Accessible room with walk-in shower with shower chair inside. My mother use to work as a housekeeper many years ago, so she luckily remembered to check the shower chair before she sat in it. It had become loose from the wall. She called down to the Front Desk, and the manager Michelle Manquez sent Michael (no last name given) up to the room. They didn't have another room like the one reserved to move her too and did not have another shower chair to replace the broken one. So, Michael (no last name given) offered to go buy one at Lowes and install a new shower chair for her! Off he went buying a new shower chair, came in and installed it for her! I don't write too many reviews, but this staff deserves accoladesvery friendly, very attentivea solid A+. The rooms smell awesomenot that cleaning agent motel smell. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Quiet. You won't go wrong and it's priced very well too! Good coffee alsothis place makes me always want to check out Hamptons.

I was here for 5 days in October and it was comfortable with easy access to the Highway and I could get anywhere I needed quickly.
The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Great Continental Breakfast.
I used the Pool and it wasn't long enough to do laps easily, but it was relaxing with lounge chairs and clean towels. The workout room was convenient.response / report this review -

I would like to share w/ all that this lovely manager Ms. Adriana (i may have misspelled her name) is a Wonderful & Great representation of the Hampton Inn & Suites Brand! (the 1 located in west palmdale, next to mulligans) ..As many hats as I'm sure she wears on her job She maintains the genuine professional ability to have her Hampton guests (me & my sons) feel welcomed, valued & heard! (if there happens to be a need to speak with her for any reason)..Please, know all the staff that we encountered were friendly & professional -- barring 1 situation-- that was quickly remedied by Ms. Adriana!. And, these are things that'll keep me coming back as a return guest. So, I will most definitely recommend this Hampton Inn as a good place for 1 to stay! As i give it a 4 1/2 ☆'s out of 5 ☆'s

The hotel is very clean, neat, and well taken care of. The staff is extremely friendly. They are also very accommodating. All of the rooms include a free cold & hot breakfast buffet for each guest.

Hotel is close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Easy freeway access. Rooms were clean, but floors and walls are a bit thin. You can hear people walking or moving furniture throughout the night. Breakfast options were limited, but ok for the nightly room rates. Staff were friendly ans helpful. Overall, stay was good.

Room was nice and had two beds as well as a sofa bed. This room was more like a studio apartment though. While it was huge, there was really not division between the living room area and the bedroom. There was, however, an incredible use of the space available. This room was not huge but the considerable space there was was used brilliantly. I consider this a 4.5 but can't give that number so I went with 4/5 simply because even if they call it a suite, it really isn't.

Visited for a hiring event. The hotel was clean and neat. The meeting room had appropriate furniture. The front desk clerk was friendly. There was water and coffee available.

Cheap, clean, great breakfasts​ and nicely located to awesome commerce. The rooms with the couches / pull out beds are very spacious, great with kids. Loved the mini kitchen-ette. Will stay again if in the area.

My friends were in town for the weekend at this property so we stopped by and the atmosphere as we walked onto the property was hushed with an elegance of busied staff clad in professionalism. My friends enjoyed their stay and I'll say that this business is fantastic. My friends will definitely be staying again as the staff have been very helpful and while I don't care for receiving complimentary anything, doing so definitely made a difference for my friends considering how far they had traveled. I'll be recommending this place to other friends coming to town so long as the service stays top notch.
