Nice airport, smaller in size and easy to navigate. Made it through security very quickly on Saturday morning (Pre-check line was open). Some rental cars onsite, so you don't have to take a shuttle. I rented from Enterprise, and there wasn't anyone on duty when I dropped my car off at 5:20am, but there was a key slot. Southwest gate areas are nice and most have plug areas to charge your electronics.

This hotel is the best!! The housekeeping accidentally threw away my makeup brushes that was wrapped in a towel. I had a major event to attend, anyone knows, it's a serious situation when a woman loses her makeup brushes. I called the front desk and the young lady Natalie was so helpful. She went to the CVS in the snow and purchased makeup brushes. The staff, the food, fitness center, everything was state of the art!!

Stayed for a couple nights on business. Close to airport. Easy off and on from highway. Not really close to any nice places to eat. Had to drive a ways for that but to be expected when staying at airport location. Rooms are average. A bit of an older feel. Nice bathrooms. Beds were older but pillows nice and new. Not a good amount of plugs for working and charging. M Lounge was nice with a good amount of goodies and snacks. I would stay here again.

The staff is nicer than pie! So attentive, polite, and accommodating.
The rooms are old-ish, though the bathrooms seem very modern. It's an interesting vibe. You can tell it was really fancy at one time (the 80s?). Everything is "good."
The food (room service) is very delicious and only slightly-ridiculously priced-- I mean it's room service, so duh.
I would definitely stay here again, if only because of the staff and my trust in their customer service and reliability.response / report this review -

Decent size rooms with some updates but not worth what they charge. Nice full breakfast buffet but it is not included with the price of the rooms. Will not stay there again and wouldn't recommend.

Rooms and breakfast were nice. Customer service was awful they lied to us about not having the room we reserved available put my family of 4 and a baby in a king with pull out and a shower when we called down and said this would not work we at least need a tub to bathe our baby they gave us a huge attitude sent someone up with keys to a new room and hung up on us. The guy couldn't even help us move over to the new room. (It ended up being the room we originally booked..) I won't be coming here again.

Comfortable hotel with large banquet halls for events. Friendly staff. Hotel shuttle available. Rooms are spacious, but could do with some upgrades. Good hotel all around.

Excellent place for our training class! The rooms were spacious and the projectors and all the tech worked flawlessly! The staff was very professional and friendly. Everything we needed was provided without hesitation! Lunches were fantastic! Overall a very, very positive experience!

Everything was wonderful. My only complaint is that I could hear my neighbors talking at a normal speaking voice while trying to sleep and they weren't trying to be loud. The walls are thin. Other than that everything was great!

Stayed here for Ohio Elks State Convention. Staff very accommodating & helpful. A shuttle is available for rides to and from different attractions, availability depending on demand/amount of people requesting a shuttle. Rooms are modern & updated. Only thing I could think to do better is have a USB charge port in room although there are plenty of outlets, don't forget your wall charger. Great Marriott

Very nice hotel especially now that they completed their remodel a couple years ago. Beds are now super comfy so my #1 priority is addressed; waking well rested without a back pain. Also, the bathroom remodel is awesome. Very functional, spacious and they used upscale granite and other nice materials. Good workmanship as well which means the hotel GM did their due diligence to ensure the construction company delivered. I used to stay at the downtown Renaissance and they remodeled their rooms/bathrooms using similar shower door slide mechanisms and drain pans but they're not as nicely done as at the Airport Marriott. Strange since Renaissance is supposed to be a higher-end property. Downtown Columbus Renaissance from the structural perspective is nicer but not with the little details that a regular business travel relies on to make the trip away from home pleasant visit. Sorry to go on but another thing that makes the Airport Marriott excellent is the M Lounge which all total is better than a Concierge lounge like the Renaissance. A Concierge Lounge is open 6am-10pm and they swap breakfast at 0900 and evening appetizers at 1930 sharp. If you're late by 60 seconds your out of luck. The M Lounge leaves breakfast out until 1030 and they have all the normal Concierge Lounge breakfast items and even some extras like smoked salmon. Hor D'oeuvres and dinner items are continually restocked until 8:55pm. After breakfast the M Lounge puts out snacks items such as trail mix, M&M's, gummy bears, 2-3 kinds of cookies, bagged snacks like Cracker Jack's and kettle chips. Plus, since it's open 24 hours if you want a midnight snack or just a bottle of water you can use your card key and go grab a well stocked pantry. Upside of a Concierge Lounge is they can cater to specialty needs with items such as Egg Sub Scramble and Chicken breakfast sausage for those watching high fat/cholesterol intake. Way more than I intended to say but hopefully helpful.

As always, the Marriott staff were attentive and always exceeded expectations. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only thing that would have been better would have been USB outlets in room for charging. I forgot my cell charger. My fault not theirs but it would have added a nice touch.

Great full service Marriott. Beds, linens and furniture comfortable and well appointed. 1 King bedroom 2 room suite was very spacious. Carpet clean but showing some wear. Concierge lounge had friendly and efficient servers with food being top notch. Great location, comfortable stay the night before flying out.
