This company is amazing! Everybody involved is efficient, fast, and kind. A medical director is on call 24-hours a day and responds to everything within minutes even if you are not at the facility

My sister was at this facility for 2 months. It’s nice; they had a more formal dining room with table cloths. It’s an older building that’s been very well-maintained. The staff was great and flexible to meet the needs of my sister at all times.

The facility offered more services than any place we searched for my mother. It was very nice and very high end. I liked the individual care and the staff really catered to the residents’ needs at all times

I was welcomed warmly when I came to this health care center. They even drove over 4 hours to pick me up. The food is definitely better than what I was eating when I was on my own, I actually like it, it's much healthier. The staff has always treated me with respect and kindness. There aren't many health care centers with this type of specific care. I left family 4 hours away and I plan on staying. May God Bless El Paso Healthcare . Thanks for everything.

This is randy z on Sharon's profile I have a handicapped leg they made fun of it and belittling me for it to much fighting my wife s life was threatened me n Aharon had to call the state for my counselor to transfer us if an employee helped a resident move they were fired an employee admitted it to me when a lady from the outside tried to help. Usage was barred from the property they gave all kinds of excuses but the real reason she tried to help us move slot of the elderly reported to me that they got neglected when my wife's life was threatened they evacuated her to a different hall but then they moved the offender 2 doors down gave all kinds of excuses but the real reason is they enjoyed putting her safety in jeopardy I'd not recommend it to a rat

One of the worst places to be no matter if you are staff or a resident, under staffed at all times on purpose, corporate wants as much money as they can get at the cost of resident care and staff safety
