  I went into the store to purchase a sundae cake, I get all of my pastries from Edgar’s. I wanted to sample the new cake before I made the purchase. I was told no I couldn’t sample. So I decided on getting another cake to feed 12 or more so I asked about the Italian cream cheese cake, I couldn’t sample that one either. I told them I didn’t want to purchase something new without sampling. So I think their customer service is zero. I purchased 2 cakes from another location .

  Specialty cakes and baked goods. Lunch served as well. Found red hair in chicken salad recently. Little reluctant to visit since then.

  Some things are much better than others, but the women who work there never make the experience worth the price you pay. They love to talk down to you and please don't ask them any questions (mainly the one with long white hair and glasses, and the manager). They don't like to answer anything. The price is usually not worth it in the end. Can pay that much for much better quality elsewhere.

  The workers were not very nice. I ordered a cake, and the bakery was not busy, but the two people who "helped" me were not very nice.

  Love it feels like being in Europe! Had the ham omelette (egg whites) and it was delicious. Nicely plated and very friendly service.
