Got great help on the sales floor with finding the right size bike for me (6'3 230 lbs) the staff in the helmets were just as knowledgeable over all a great visit would recommend anyone looking for a bike to swing by

Brian in sales was awesome. He answered every question I had and helped me put a deposit to hold the motorcycle until I could pick it up. When it came to finishing up the deal I called and let him know when I was coming and he had everything ready when I got there. Great staff and great service. I will be back for all my motorcycle needs.

Sun Honda's service department has earned my business for life! The Manager, Billy, took great care of me during my bikes time there. I will also only be requesting the Technician, Bryan F to work on my 99' Honda Magna moving forward. My bike is running 1000% better than I ever expected it could. Truly amazing work and team at Sun Honda Service!!

I can't say enough good things about Scott Zess or Scooter! I have never purchased a bike before and Scott made the entire experience very comfortable and stress free. I never felt pressured and Scott took the time to show me all the bikes that I wanted to see and was very knowledgeable about them all. I highly recommend coming to visit Scott for all of your needs.
The shop was also very clean and all of the employees that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I really have never had an experience quite like this.response / report this review -

I absolutely love this place they have everything and I mean everything. And Scott nickname "Scooter" is absolutely the best sales person I have ever dealt with. Went in anf brand new 2020 Kawasaki jet ski called him back a few hours later to buy a four-wheeler Great prices great financing great people.

I had a bad day and initially left a pretty bad review of this place. Regardless sun took care of me even after I admitted fault. These guys understand the stuggles of the work guy and helped me more than i deserved. I really owe the service manager and his department.

This place is all about the sell and nothing after that! I purchased 2 Rzrs here in the last 2 years with plans on buying another one next year. I will never do business here again! I recommend everyone else take my advise and take your business elsewhere.
After buying a 2017 xp4 turbo in Feb, I had problems with it in July. I tried to take it in to get looked at since it was still under factory warranty and I had purchased an additional 12 month warranty. The only time they had for me was 1.5 months out ridiculous. So I took it to Fort Collins Polaris dealer and they were able to get me in next day. I continued to have problems with my Rzr and felt bad for taking it to a dealer that didn't sell it to me so I called sun again and explained everything to them but was still 1.5 months out! At that time, that was the rest of the riding season. I'm not going to purchase a $30,000 machine and not be able to use it for that much time so i took it back to Fort Collins and they took care of me. So I called Sun back and cancelled my extended warranty with them because what's the use of it if you can't get me in to look at it? When I cancelled the warranty I was only half way thru one month of it and never even used it I'm supposed to get a prorated portion back and paid them $1399 for 12 months I only got back $850 what a joke. What a bunch of scammers.
I will gladly purchase my next Rzr from Fort Collins because they jumped through hoops to take care of all my needs!

I purchased a leftover 2014 Honda Rancher AT and have been looking all over for this exact model with power steering in Red. I live in Ohio and Matt worked with me on a smooth transaction! He answered all my questions especially since I was nervous buying it site unseen and helped me arrange for shipping. He constantly stayed in touch and was there every step of the way and took multiple pictures of the machine and worked out a very competitive price. I highly recommend him! Even Valerie in finance was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all my questions she was fantastic! You can't beat the selection and inventory at this dealer or prices. The dealership is huge and they have new models that no other location has. I won't buy locally anymore.. but will purchase from this dealer again. Thanks everyone!

I love that this place is open on Mondays! They seem to have a great selection of bikes and accessories. Minus one star for not having Yamaha though. I guess having Yamaha there would show up all the other bikes. :)

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly with no nonsense. They made our experience there quick and easy. The prices are great and they aren't like the typical salesmen that just lie to sell something. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Arrogance. Something these guys need to lose. I was in the market for two (2) new 2017 KTM's. When I inquired at Sun, their salesman Anthony wouldn't talk to me about them until I agreed to "DROP SOME MONEY" for a deposit, because that was "THE ONLY WAY YOU'D BE RIDING A NEW KTM IN 2017". Nothing about financing options or anything. That was it, drop some money before they would talk to me. Anthony was both pompous and cocky.
I stopped in about 2 months after my initial phone call to see if they had gotten the bikes in that I was interested in. I spoke wit a salesman Chase, who was very nice (although also cocky) and seemed to be interested in helping me out. Since the bikes were not in yet, he pushed for a deposit. I instead gave him my card and told him to call me when the bikes arrived and if the numbers made sense, I would definitely purchase.
Last week, Sun got the bikes in stock that I wanted. Not a single phone call, nothing. I guess they thought I wasn't serious about spending $20,000 in their establishment. Your loss Sun as I purchased BOTH KTM's that I wanted AND $1,500 in gear from Fay Myers. I must admit, hands down, the Fay Myers experience was above and beyond Sun Enterprises.
My suggestion to you Sun, is to not be so cocky. You are not the best deal in town and your slogan of "NOBODY BEATS A SUN DEAL" is false.
I'd give one star, but my buddy bought his bike there back in '09 and has had good experiences with you. Otherwise, it would be a 1 star (0 for your sales dept.).response / report this review -

My experience at Sun was top notch!! Derek Bellew and Mark kite made my motorcycle purchase painless. After getting a quote from a few different dealers in town they beat them by hundreds of dollars. All the way from sales, parts, finance and even the insurance broker that's onsite was flawless!! Thank you Sun Enterprises
My Dad and I also shop at Harley and they are AMAZING also!!!!!!!!

I don't even know where to start! I just bought and took delivery of a brand new RZR Turbo from Sun Enterprises. The entire experience was amazing! From my sales associate Chase, to Tim in the accessories department, Mike and Tim in insurance as well as Charlie in Finance. They took great care of me the entire time. Even delivered same day after 5 for FREE! I highly recommend working with Sun and this team of people specifically. Their knowledge, patience and enthusiasm for my build will have me recommending them to everyone I know. I truly appreciate you guys!!!
