Wow. This place is Run Down! Let me just start by saying we had reservations but when we checked in they said price went upwe were here on a big mountain bike event and there was no rooms available elsewhere. Beds were nasty and forced us to go to Wal-Mart and buy sleeping bags. Inside of the rooms are falling apart.. burn marks on comforters. Carpet looked like they were slashed with a blade. TV was super snowy and direct tv was a joke. Only one channel worked for us. Called reception and it rang another room. Also, seems like there is long term residents here. Outside of building is falling apart as well and seems like no one cleans at all. There was trash everywhere. Roof is falling apart and missing shingles. This place needs a major make over with large investment or a wrecking ball.

I would be a liar if i give a star to this hotel. First night found a meth pipe under bed the blanket had burn marks and very dirty. I forced the clerk to give me a diffrent room. I had to tell the maids in spanish to clean everything and change the sheets also asked for new blanket. The worst ever hotel in my life ive stayed in low budget hotels in Mexico in TJ and they were cleaner. These owners sre straight clowns.

Let me start off by saying I wasn't looking for anything basic. Just a place for the night where I could sleep and shower. I couldn't even do that here! Every piece of furniture in the room was broken in some way, the sink and shower had hair visible in the drains and it was very clear that a guy had recently shaved because there was hair on the faucet and sink. The shower curtain was filthy and the rod was broken on one end. The towel bar was so filthy that it left a dirt mark on my towel, the towels they provided were dirty and stained but I didn't take a shower anyways because of the uncleanliness. After seeing all this I was afraid to pull the bedding back so I decided to take the loss and leave. I was only in this room a few hours and it would have been nice if they offered some of my money back but they did not. The guy didn't seem shocked by my complaints and honestly it seemed as though this was a common thing here.

Second time I've stayed there with my boyfriend! The first time we had a problem with getting hot water in the shower, and our upstairs neighbors were loud (you can hear a lot if you're down stairs) but the employees helped a lot. This last time we stayed everything went great! There were lots of times were we were asked if we were doing okay, greeted, and we had no problems in our room. Everything worked! It's a cheap hotel with a great location! Highly recommend if you're not picky with hotels and just need a little place to sleep

This place is a disaster. Very filthy, Ac doesn't work, phone doesn't work, there's direct TV but only 5 channels work, gf took a shower and the drain was plugged, toilet decided to not flush either. The only thing good about this place is that my room didn't have bed bugs.

The exterior is nice, but the inside of the rooms left me with concerns. The bathroom sink had exposed plywood simply painted over. The sink itself left me worried it would fall off the wall if I leaned on it. The clerk didn't smile, look at me or even get up out of her chair when I came to check in. I work in customer service, so I'm friendly and very understanding, but she wouldn't be employed long where I work if she can't afford the time to make eye contact. Booked 2 rooms. My mother in law's room developed a strange smell when she turned on the heater. The plus is fridge and kitchenette. Location was convenient, down the road from lots of stores and restaurants, and just a few minutes from the wharf and cannery row.
