  My husband & I have went here many times for repairs on our vehicles. Their service is great & the people are really nice. They keep us updated on what's going on & go above and beyond !! They detail your car which is awesome. Thank east End for everything !

  Worst experience of my entire life-I stepped outside a moment and I suppose the girls at that front desk thought I didn't hear them but I did. I heard the big boned girl or (boy maybe, looked like both) tell the other girl she doubted I could afford thier services because of the kind of car I drove and she wished I would just leave. I have never been more insulted in my life! I will tell everyone about this and make sure they know what kind of CSR's they are hiring!

  They were very friendly, were able to get me an appointment pretty quickly to replace my back door, and got it fixed very quickly. I will definitely use them in the future.

  East End Auto Body Shop was the only good thing that came out of me hitting a deer. I was worried about the quality of the job as I am very particular with my car. However, East End did more than meet my expectations. My car needed a new bumper and passenger side door and looked and felt brand new after they were finished. They detailed the vehicle better than the detail shop I usually take my car to which I was not expecting. They handled everything directly with my insurance company but still kept me in the loop every time something happened. For example, once they disassembled the car, they found a few things that needed worked on that they were not expecting. They handled all of the details with my insurance company and let me know they were doing so. I just brought my car to them without even making an appointment, and they took it from there. Would highly recommend this shop.

  Good work. I repaired my Mercedes here after some schmuck ran into my parked car & broke off the side mirror. Todd is one of the principals & great to do business with.
