At first the they were friendly and responsive. They told me they couldn't ship the parts to an address that wasn't on the credit card that i used to purchase the parts (which was extremely inconvenient) After talking on the phone and getting him to verify that I am the owner of the card and that it isn't fraud, he finally agreed to ship the parts to me. That was understandable to an extent. He then contacted me and said the one part was backordered for over 3 weeks. It has now been over a month since i ordered the parts and he said he was shipping them out a few days ago but when i contacted him for tracking information on the parts, I have not received a response. Nice guy, but not responsive and I still have not received my parts!

I ordered a coil pack for my 2013 Mustang Gt and learned it was not the part I needed for my repair so I decided to return it. After multiple emails trying to get a return number, I got one and did not receive a refund after I shipped it out. I spoke to Paul Suttenfield (very unprofessional) by phone who kept telling me to call back so that they could find it in their warehouse and he never called or emailed back after saying he would. After weeks of this, he finally responded and said I shipped it to the wrong address and that they would have to find it. This was on 04/2017. Still on 09/2017, I still have no refund money or response back. Over a $90.00 coil pack?! I couldn't imagine spending more money on mods for my Mustang at this shop and having a problem and am very glad I did not spend any more money here after trying to give them a shot and went somewhere else for all my future modifications. Absolutely horrible business and I would not recommend them. Very delayed response time, sounded lazy and unmotivated by phone, and still 5 months later, no return money. Buyer beware.

They already have all the performance parts I need, but a great selection of Ford Racing gear for my Mustang enthusiast son. The knowledgeable and friendly staff are always helpful

I ordered a cold air intake for my dodge charger and never recieved it which i dont blame them for because they sent it out. Its either been stolen or lost by ups but they do not want to refund my money back. I have been waiting for 1 month for a refund and they keep saying by next week but yet nothing. They obviously dont want to give anyone a refund so i would suggest not buying from them.

Would not recommend ordering anything from here. My husband ordered BBK long tube headers from them. They said they were on back order. We still proceeded to order them. When the shipping date came, we hadn't received a confirmation for the shipping. So he called them, they said the headers wouldn't be available until a later date. My husband just asked them for a refund. The guy said he cancelled the order and we should see a refund. They didn't send a confirmation about the refund. The guy said he couldn't send one. We called back 2 days later and someone else sent a refund confirmation. All of this happened during the week before Christmas and we have yet to see a refund. We are very disappointed and will never order outside of American Muscle again.

Update: We called again and spoke with Santo, a manager over there. He was a great help. For some reason the refund was voided out and he fixed the problem without any problem. The refund was back in our account today.
