Really nice staff. Rooms are fine. Good waiting areas for friends who drop by and good all day coffee/tea selection. The quality of the consumables in the room are low though, for the per night price of a room (~170 after tax for a Saturday night in December).

Very pleasant stay! Was in town for a conference at the convention center. Easy safe walk or $7 uber. Hotel room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast had a few options; can’t complain since it was free. Definitely recommend to anyone coming into town for a few days.

Friendly staff helped to make my visit easy. Clean and comfortable bed, fine breakfast. Hotel layout somewhat inconvenient, I had quite a walk between my room and the lobby. Overall very nice stay.

Ground floor. Easy & secured access. Room was large with plenty if room if you choose to have company. Small kitchen area w/coffee pot & refrigerator etc. Huge comfortable bedroom area & wonderful tv area w/large couch & extra seating. Bathroom is large so no one should be crowded. Great location.

This was a huge rip off! Smelly hallways,small room,exits didn't work and we paid 233$ for a renovated crappy motel. Extremely disappointed and would rather sleep in a park for free than a place like this. Bathroom old and room didn't have any extra space,no fridge,microwaveI have stayed in many hotels and this is by far the worst for the money!!!! We should get our money back. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! Very trashy despite the so called "renovations"!!! Bed was not comfy,pillows were cheapi just can't get over the price paid! It was worth about 60$.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is very helpful and makes sure that you are well accommodated. My only concern is the parking.

Decor was modern and clean. Facilities were clean and well-kept. Bathroom was extremely cramped, breakfast was terrible (limited selection, poor quality items). Convenient and beautiful location. Staff was professional and friendly, beds were comfortable

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic stay here. While the wi-fi didn't work on her phone, the staff did all they could to help and correct the issue (it never ended up working for us, but that doesn't mean that they didn't try their hardest to fix it). There is also a helpful shuttle to take you around town which is available, which came in handy since we had come to Rochester via bus. We really felt like they helped complement our overall experience of the city, with particular hats off to Joe at the front desk for exemplary service. If we're ever back in the area, this is where we'll stand - no doubt about it!

The City Grill at East Avenue Inn & Suites was just what I expected and hoped for. We went for a lunch time celebration for college graduation. Drinks were proceed well and delicious and the food was equally as good. The wait staff were also great being quick, friendly, and knowledgeable when it came to the food and drinks. Overall five out of fine and I will be there again.

Great room, great location, friendly staff. Comfortable bed, nice shower (two shower heads). Wifi was a bit spotty, but my room was way on the corner so probably others are better.

The Bar/Restaurant was amazing! Great customer service, the atmosphere was so amazing and down to earth. The hole experience was amazing, definitely go back!

Everything was nice and clean. The Queen bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for bar hopping around East and Alexander. We stayed there for my bachelor party and we're roudy until 4am without complaint, probably because we were one of few guests that night. My only complaint is that the breakfast provided left something to be desired.
