Crooks! The boss charges whatever price he feels like charging you. He does not have a set price on anything he does. He charged me 75 dollars to repair the right headlight lens and 50 to buff out a part of my car that had a little overspray. The total was 125 for everything. I said fine.. But, what really got to me was when I gave him 155 dollars so I get 30 dollars back. He did not even give me the 30 dollars back. "The Boss" just asked me if I would like a receipt. I said yes.. On the receipt he ended up writing the total of 155 dollars. He thought that I heard 155 instead of 125. So, I waited to see if he was gonna give me the 30 dollars back. Never did, until I asked him about it. That is when I got my money back. CROOKS!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!

Don't listen to your insurance company. You can take your car to any location to get the body work done. I took my car here and they did a great job repairing the damage. My car is a few years old and the blend job on the paint was perfect. Ever sense I discovered E&M I've been taking my car here for regular maintenance. You can't go wrong here, it seems like finally found the area honest body shop and mechanics.

Fair price quoted for repair. However, execution lacking. Quality of repair poor. Flaws noted upon completion of body work and paint. Proprietor indicated that buffing out would resolve. (Buffing does not repair subpar body work.)4 times in the shop for door ding still awaiting resolution. Have run the gamut of refill, repaint, over buff, scratched and burnt finish, repaint. Spent 3 weeks in the shop (so far). Shop never kept promises of completion time. 2 days turned into 3,5, the following week Ultimately, phone calls were ignored and found myself at the mercy of the business. It is not a bargain price repair. The best you can expect is bargain price work at a comparable price. NOT endorsed by at least some insurance companies (USAA). But, at least the staff was friendly.

Marcos and crew repaired my rear bumper on my Junk King company Scion -- looks better than new. Easy to work with, reasonable price, highly recommend for body work.
