I read the good reviews and decided to come here for 4 new tires over Pepboys (even though it was more expensive for the same thing). My experience was horrible and the worker Keith was the reason for this bad experience, and brought the nastiest attitude out of me with his service. He even insulted my intelligence by assuming this is my first time buying tires because he wasn't capable of explaining what the warranty covered, all to try to sell a pitch on an extended warranty. Calvin came to handle it and clear up any misunderstanding with the knowledge of the warranty but I pray my tires last 50k so I wont have to return here again. I would not recommend. Sorry.

Definitely a good place for tires. Guys were super helpful and honest. Which is nice for a change, because as a woman, you never know. I'd go back there again no hesitation.

Very good service, quality products, lower competitive prices. I purchased 4 new continental tires and replaced my brakes at a much lower cost than going to the dealership. NTB had all my tires in stock, eliminating the need for me to wait for shipment. I love the tire care plan and warranty they offered as well as the lifetime brake pads .I also purchased the 1 year alignment. I can get my car aligned as many times iI want in a year. So far so good. Jeremy was an excellent service writer.

It's rare for me to give any business five stars. I've dealt with NTB several times. Most recently my daughter's van needed for new tires. Of course, money was tight. But she drives my grandchildren around in that van. The gentleman who took care of me was named Jeremy. Jeremy was courteous and professional. He helped me work with my limited funds and I got 4 of the best tires possible. The waiting area was comfortable and I was out of there in a little more than an hour. After that experience I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Thanks again Jeremy.

The wait was kind of long but it was only because I was a walk-in customer and they had people with appointments. I was stranded due to a blowout on my tire and the salesperson was so nice that I decided to buy all 4 tires. When they did start on my vehicle they finished it pretty quickly and I am very impressed. They even gave me a wheel alignment on the house for the long wait.

Horrible. I came here to purchase 4 new tires. I waited 5 hours. After two days all tires started losing air and my tire started whining. Called and explained my problem, I was told to come in. When I got there I waited from 4p to closing and was told to come back because they wasnt going to get to me that day. A week later, I started having problems with my brakes and sway bar. Before coming here my car was fine, I just needed new tires. After service here, I am have alot of problems with my car.

I bought tires here 2 yrs ago. I did not get the extra warranty. We ran over a nail last year and I plugged it myself. A few months ago my plug started leaking. I took it to NTB. They fixed my plug and rotated the tires at no charge. Didn't try to sell me anything extra either. Nice people.

Got a great deal. 4 new well-known rubber bands with balancing, road hazard and alignment for $60 less than what other places charge just for the tires. Writer was friendly and professional. They didn't try to upsell us but, did inform me of problems that are starting to affect the handling and suspension.

Last time I came for tires was 4 years ago. Those bad boys lasted a long time. Always a good experience here.

The service manager was rude. I returned with a low tire pressure light and they refused to even check out the tire or put air in my tire without charging me after I spent several hundred dollars to purchase new tires. I will never go back there. My tire just needed air and it is now fine but they lost a customer due to the poor service

I called and asked for an estimate which was promptly delivered. When I showed up about 30 minutes later the estimate was waiting and my truck was taken right in. I had 2 front sway bar links changed on my 95 S10 and the estimate price was exact and they finished before I expected them to. I will continue to bring all my vehicles here.

If it was possible to give negative stars I would the only reason I'm giving 1 star is so I can comment
1st of all I come for an alignment n they charge twice as much as n e where else then completely FORGET ur car is there it's 12min to close n I was promised it would be done by close now they making excuses for y it's taking so long now its my cars fault they forgot about it makes perfect sense don't waste ur time or money

Love the customer service & expertise, & advice. The staff is extremely polite & friendly. While there, i experienced a manager offering a delivery man a job for his willingness to work over if another delivery was necessary. Impressive!
