i have taken my 2011 car into the dealership three times now to have my back brakes/e-brake fixed. still not fixed. asked to pay $300, ended up paying $160 for them to not even be fixed. find out today i have a transmission issue that will cost around $1000 to be fixed. do not buy a car from this dealership, the staff is absolutely terrible, and the mechanics have no idea what they are doing. complete rip off

I am really happy with the service and body shop. They do a great job of taking care of my Hyundai. I do not feel that unneeded work is done. Any issues that I have had, I just call and speak with Mike in service and he clearly explains repairs or recommended work. Ray is great in the body shop and worked out service approval with my insurance company for me. They even pick up my car at work!

Recently Purchased 2017 Hyundai Elantra. The sales staff was great they made sure I was ready to go with a full explanation of my vehicle. Was escorted around the dealership met all of their friendly staff. I look forward to getting my vehicle serviced at Nielsen Kia Hyundai. I would refer friends and family.

Went for to get mileage read for mpg program. Service guy said it was settled then gave me a number to call. Called number they said he was false. Went back and he said site didnt work and that he told others program was settled. I told him to call number he gave me and i would wait. Thats when he came up with chrome not loading page. Lol He is spreading bad information. Go to another dealer. Waste of time.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! RIPPED ME OFF. Took my car as a trade in and still ripped me off I'm stuck 5,000 negative equity on a car I don't want and they won't help. I was better off keeping my old car!!!! Don't recommend going here.

Their service dept totally sucks and are lazy as crap. I went in to get my mileage read for the rebate program after hyundai misrepresented mpgs and was told it would take 30 to 45 minutes.. 30 to 45 min to get a simple mileage reading? lol . This isnt the first crap upon by them
