  Absolutely ridiculous. No knowledge of furniture manufacturing or design, not able to give me a rough estimate, not able to deliver in a decent amount of time. If you have a ton of money to throw away, I would advise you to visit Dwell. Honestly I truly believe that its a pompous attitude and client base that doesn't know better that keeps this place running. Also, despite the high price tags, zero furniture from Baker, Bernhardt, Bradington-Young, Century, Council, Henredon, Hancock & Moore, King Hickory, Hickory White, Ferguson-Copeland, Guy Chaddock, Harden, Henkel-Harris, which are all top AMERICAN brands. I assume their furniture is all Chinese or Vietnamese, sub-par, and costs pennies wholesale. Please do visit the all-knowing experts at Dwell, if you enjoy throwing your money into an open flame.

  Very beautiful furniture. Very expensive. Upper end, luxury pieces. They have everything: couches, sectionals, light fixtures, tables, recliners, very large area rugs, chairs, etc. Fully stocked fridge (water, juice, beer) to drink while you shop. They usually have some sweet snacks available (brownies or the like) too. Two levels packed with items. Conference rooms downstairs.

  The furnishings are high quality. We got a sofa there that still looks really nice, though it did lose a button relatively early. A neighbor who upholsters furniture sewed a similar button back on. The springs in the sofa haven't deteriorated at all.

  After shopping around the Iowa City area for furniture for my new home, it was clear that DWELL not only had the best selection of quality furniture and home decor, but also the most professional and helpful staff. I relied heavily on their design services, which are provided at no cost, and have been nothing but pleased with the entire experience. I was faced with having to furnish my entire home after downsizing and cannot say enough about how courteous and professional every person that I have interacted with has been. From the incredibly talented and thoughtful design team, to the most seamless and respectful home delivery service I have ever experienced, I have been consistently impressed throughout the entire process.

  I went into this store today and if you remember the scene from "Pretty Women" this is exactly what happened. I am buying a new home, my sister is buying a new home and I was not even greeted by any of the 4 sales staff..so sad for you, I will buy furniture elsewhere
