I'll be honest, sometimes the service is great and other times its very poor. Some of their employees have no place working a customer service job. My drinks never turn out how they shoud, either it taste like old, stale coffee or its too watered down. I stopped visiting this location because of the inconsistent drinks.

Have frequented this Duncan on many occasions and usually have great service. The service I received today was above and beyond the best experience I have ever had any any Duncan I have visited. Will go out of my way to stop at this location even if others are closer.

I rarely get the right order. The bagels and doughnuts are not at all what they use to be. Little iceing on doughnuts bagels with little of anything on them at all. Very disappointed. Will not go back always hit or miss. Where is the managerthis reflects on management..

Dunkin donuts has the best coffee in the absolute only place in the world to get a jelly stick It's not just a donut there is raspberry jelly all the way through .The store is always clean ,The service is always quick and the help is always smiling They are polite and patient With people like me who never know what they want when they walk Through the door .

This Dunkin Donuts is always fast, friendly and delicious and exactly what I'm looking for at the right time! The are in a great location because it is right near the kids school! Recently at the end of the school year I needed something to add to the teachers gift, so I thought what better then a Dunkin gift card!

Best Dunkins around. Coming from up north and liking my coffee a certain way these guys do it right. Super friendly, funny, with great customer service skills. I drive out of my way just to get my coffee from here. I highly recommend this dunks
