OMG! Had work done involving apholstry, and modification of built in TV placement, and custom trim around new, bigger microwave. They have exceeded any expectation I had. Don and Alex did the work.
I have to say there are many bad reviews about them. While I use another place for mechanical and other stuff. For the work requested from Charlotte RV they were incredible.

Terribleno stars for the lack of communication they had. My Rv was in their shop for over 2 months and I am not kidding.
Gave me false date when it would be ready 3 times.mind you I had to call themof course they got paid by the insurance and had their money in their pocket..didn't care about me.

Took 3 months to replace a black water tank but promised me 2 weeks, unfortunately, i am not going back, they do not have good communication with their customers, no updates, no phone calls, no emails, no text but you can call anytime you want.

Honest, considerate, caring people in both the repair and service departments. So much better than most large box camping stores. They make sure you are happy with the work performed.

Id give them 0 stars if possible. Brought my travel trailer in to have bearings serviced, I was quoted 299 paid almost 400. Nothing was wrong they just forget to mention you have to pay for seals. Convenient for them! I brought it home to change out my tires since my brother has a tire machine. Half the lugs on each rim were torqued down so hard it was almost impossible to get them loose. Glad I was at home with tools and not stuck on the side of the road with a flat. Beware
