  Store manager Matt is amazing! The store was VERY busy and he was on a register. He went out of his way to get us 2 more case of cupcakes made ASAP. This amazed me. I wasn't even going to ask because they were so busy! He saved me a trip to another store. For a busy mom, that is huge! Thank you Matt, for your excellent customer service.

  I am a disappointed faithful Publix shopper. I love Publix for its customer service. Very helpful and friendly. Well, not tonight. My cashier when asked if the customer service desk could give me a roll of quarters, she responded with something sarcastic like.. I don't know. I guess you'll have to go ask! I'm sorry but yes I was planning on that. Thanks for being so rude. And to follow when I went to the Customer Service Desk and asked if they would be able to give me a roll of quarters, man did I get the look! She looked me up and down as if.. mam, if you didn't have a receipt in your hand I would have said NO! She rudely handed me the quarters and I was on my way. Wow.. it must be time for them to end their shift of find a new place to work! Thanks Lynne and Rada.

  I am from TEXAS but I needed someone (a restaurant or grocery store) to deliver a meal to a friend who lost his spouse in FL. I was so happy with the folks at Publix (Jason and Nick (I think)) agreed to take my deli order and deliver it to my friends home. Note this is something they do not do (home delivery) but because of my circumstance they were so kind and generous to make the delivery themselves. My friend was so appreciative of the food and he told me it was delicious. Thank you again Publix for your kind staff and what they did for me/my friend.

  This Publix is very clean and the people here are always friendly. I've never seen it crowded and I'm usually in and out quickly when I need something.

  Love Publix and there deli, bakery, sub center. But fair warning they get busy especially at noon and after 4pm.
